Zwei Nächte, mein Mann musste in Madrid arbeiten und ich konnte die Stadt erkunden.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit grossen Betten, gut eingerichtet.

Clean, modern and nice amount of space

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working at all. We asked for maintenance several times. They came and said they fixed it. It wasn’t fixed and no remedy was offered. Our stay was uncomfortable because it was hot and the bed felt like cardboard.

La cama maravillosa, el baño tambien y el desayuno riquisimo. Vimos la final del Mundial cenando en la terraza.

Por poner un pero la piscina se queda sin sol a las 5 de la tarde aproximadamente.

Pros:

La piscina y la terraza de la cafetería. Se duerme muy bien (sin ruidos, colchón y almohadas cómodas)

A wonderful stay. I would happily return.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the unexpected little touches and thoughtful gestures that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only small points for improvement would be the pillows, which were not quite to my personal preference, and unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast or the menu, although they both looked very appealing.
