Fantastisk og komme tilbage !

Smukt hotel i den gamle bydel - perfekt beliggenhed. Meget venligt og serviceminded personale hele vejen rundt fra portier til housekeeping og morgenmadspersonale.

Très belle chambre, spacieuse et idéale pour une famille avec enfants.
Pros:

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La propreté de la chambre, la qualité des services (bouteille d’eau et collations gratuites à notre arrivée). Les équipements (2 chambres et 2 salles de bain).

Cons:

Problème de climatisation, il faisait chaud et ils n’ont pas pu régler le problème, hélas. C’est dommage c’était le seul bémol.

It was gorgeous! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, valet parking was a plus. The atmosphere was delightful. And the room, 10/10. No notes

Cosas a mejorar.
Pros:

La cama.. genial.. tampoco había ruido con lo que se pudo descansar.. elndesayuno rico.. los Huevos que te hace la cocinera deliciosos.. la persona encargada de aparcar y ayudar con la maletas, Rafael.. muy profesional

El trato recibido por una persona de la recepcion. No sabíamos como llegar al hotel así que llamamos al hotel.. la recepcionista literal me regañó por no haber seguido "recto" en "x" calle... ibamos bien.. no había para.donde voltear.. al.final nos ayudaron pero me sentí fatal sin tener la culpa..si no conoces una ciudad por favor.. tener paciencia con el.cliente.
Aparte..la piscina la abren a partir de las 12:00 que es a la hora que debes hacer el check out.. por lo que pierdes toda la mañana..sin poder disfrutarla.. dicen que es por el mantenimiento diario.. pero podrían hacerlo en a noche para que los clientes puedan por lo menos usarla de 10 a 12....
