Fijn hotel op een goede en veilige locatie
Pros:

Goed hotel, verwarmd zwembad en echt een hele goede en veilige locatie in Los Angeles. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Bij een bezoek aan LA echt een aanrader. 15 minuten rijden naar Universal

Good hotel, service could be improved
Pros:

Very modern, visually appealing hotel.
The pool was nice and always had available towels.
Breakfast was more varied than expected

Cons:

Cleaning our room was done only around 4-5 pm every day. Earlier in the day, someone hanged a "please come later" sign on our door handle.

At breakfast we couldn't find a clean table once. I eventually cleaned it myself with water from the pitcher and napkins. No employee even noticed me cleaning.
On another morning, I couldn't find a high chair for kids, and no employee was around to ask

Really lovely place in great location.
Pros:

Lovely room. Great breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons:

No housekeeping unless you ask. Brought fresh towels upon request but didn’t take away old ones. Maybe I should have been clearer.
