Tolle Lage zeichnet dieses Hotel aus

Cons:

Wir sind Mitglieder der Bonvoy Marriott Gruppe, haben dann aber letztendlich über Booking.com reserviert, da bei Reservierung über die Seite von Marriott der Safe 'nur gegen Gebühr' möglich war.

الموقع ممتاز بالسنتر واللوبي جميل والإفطار ممتاز ومتنوع والغرف كبيره والسرير مريح ويوجد خدمة صف السيارة ويوجد حامل الحقائب والكونسيرج جداّ متعاون .

Unser Lieblingshotel in Hamburg
Pros:

Ausstattung und Service waren wieder spitze, ebenso das Personal. Uns begeistert auch immer wieder die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Jungfernstieg(Citty).

Wenig wertschätzend & für den Preis nicht angemessen - leider! Zukünftig nicht mehr!
Pros:

Zimmer: Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt! Für uns als Kaffeetrinker sehr schade, weil wir gerne, als wir angekommen sind, in Ruhe im Zimmer einen Kaffee getrunken hätten.
Frühstück: War großartig; tolle Auswahl, nette Bedienung, leider waren die Tische unmittelbar nebeneinander, so dass wir die Gespräche der Nachbarn mitbekamen, obwohl wir dies nicht wollten.
Lage des Hotels war super, weil direkt "Downtown"! Prima!

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren desinteressiert, konnten kaum Deutsch und ihr Englisch konnten wir kaum verstehen, weil sie leise sprachen und nicht konnten (Zahnspangen). Darüber hinaus fühlten wir uns nicht wertgeschätzt, weil die Mitarbeiterin uns einfach beim bereits begonnenen Check-in stehen ließ und einem anderen Gast seine Koffer gaben Eine kurze Entschuldigung wäre nett und angebracht gewesen; diese Servicefähigkeit war wohl im Training ausgefallen. Sehr unangenehm für uns!
Noch etwas Positives: Bei der Ankunft mit unserem Auto wurden wir großartig beim Parken von dem Mitarbeiter am Eingang unterstützt. Er regelte den Verkehr für uns beim rückwärts ausfahren!
