Immer sehr komfortabel und schön !
Pros:

Wir sind schon Stammkunden, kommen 2-3 mal im Jahr immer in dieses schöne Hotel. Top Lage, hundefreundlich, Bus vor kurzem Innenpool .. Gute Küche, aufmerksames Personal!

Cons:

Der Pool ist leer, schon zum 2. Besuch 🥲Badesachen unsonst dabei. Wir hoffen, der schöne Pool wird wieder geöffnet!

Tolles Hotel, hätte die Klimaanlage funktioniert und sei das Restaurant geöffnet gewesen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer befand sich unter dem Dach. Die Klimaanlage hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert! Wir waren Ende Mai im Hotel und es war warm. Im Flur hingegen hat es sich angefühlt wie im Kühlschrank. Zu 4. in userem Zimmer haben wir sehr geschwitzt und konnten demnach kaum schlafen. Sogar nach zweifacher Reklamation konnte die Klimaanlage nicht in Gang gebracht werden.
Am letzten Abend hatten wir online einen Tisch im Restaurant gebucht. Wir bekamen eine Bestätigung per Mail. Als wir im Restaurant ankamen und ins Restaurant gehen wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant geschlossen habe, weil ein Mitarbeiter krank sei.
Als Alternative wurde uns die Bar (sehr laut, Lounge Sessel mit kleinen Tischen) oder die Terrasse (Abends war es doch recht kühl draußen) angeboten. Wir haben beides abgelehnt und haben, leider, woanders gegessen.
Man hätte uns hierüber im Voraus informieren können!
Fairerweise schreibe ich dann auch, dass wir eine Entschädigung von 10% bekommen haben, was jedoch nicht unseren fehlenden Schlaf gutmacht. Unser Urlaub war hiervon doch sehr getrübt, leider.

Ansonsten wäre die Bewertung sehr viel besser ausgefallen.
