Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple mentions of clean rooms; one arrival cleaning issue was resolved and compensated, so overall cleanliness is above average.
Service
9.1
Consistently praised staff (named agent Alo, generally 'amazing' and 'very helpful'); service is a clear strength.
Location
8.5
Several guests cited a great location (near stadium / convenient for events) though a few noted the hotel sits in a business park and feels odd for leisure.
Room Quality
8.9
Many comments on comfortable, spacious, modern rooms with working fridge/coffee maker; one note about a dark first-floor room but overall strong room quality.
Amenities
7.7
Mixed feedback: heated pool and spa appreciated by some, but reports of weak whirlpool, old/small gym and occasional pool cleanliness issues.
Value for Money
6.2
Repeated complaints about paid parking ($19/night) and expensive breakfast; several guests felt the hotel did not feel like a full 4-star value.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Breakfast and on-site restaurant praised by multiple guests as excellent, though buffet/price received some criticism and convenience issues were noted.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall stays skew positive due to helpful staff, good rooms and location, offset by parking/price and some inconsistent amenities.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay, I was there for a family trip. The hotel looks well maintained and very clean, still feels like new. I got a nice view at the pool, the neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located. I’ll definitely stay again if I have the chance.
