Pros:

It nice they have never things

Cons:

I don’t think that i had to go and tell the lovbu peoplevat 12:30am to lower the lobby music when their us a speaker right next to my room. It said free parking on the website but i paid. Also charged me for breakfast.

Amazing location, heated pool, great breakfast and modern rooms.
Pros:

Sonesta has a great location to the stadium and all the places we wanted to see. Kid friendly with heated pool. Breakfast was amazing. Our room was modern and large enough. Upon enterence I noticed our room wasn’t clean enough and ordered deep cleaning. They were so great about my request and compensated one night parking for the inconvinience.

Cons:

There is a large parking infront of the hotel with a charge of $19. Kind of silly as the parking is large enough to accomodate all of their guests.

Alo was super helpful
Pros:

Had a hard travel day and was traveling alone for work. Checked in and was booked on the first floor. I didn't complain but the room was dark and depressing, and as a woman, I don't love first floor rooms anyway. Went back to the front desk and asked if they had anything else. I gave zero personal context. Alo (the front desk agent) was so kind. He didn't seem annoyed at all by my request. He even gave me a little upgrade. I really appreciated his kindness after the long day and the stay was really good, room was super clean and I was easily able to get more coffee. I would say the buffet could use some love for the price, but overall, I would stay again!
