Easy check in, nice room, dining option.
I assumed that I could walk from/to airport but the hotel is served by a shuttle bus.
It was very close to Dulles Airport and had a free shuttle. Luggage carts near the door helped ferry all our luggage. The restaurant was onsite and the meal we had was tasty!😋
I liked everything.
The airport shuttle was easy, timely (every 15 minutes on the hour) and fast, and the staff were very helpful. The gym equipment was quite decent, although the air quality in the gym was so bad I'm not sure I'd recommend using it.
The air quality was horrendous. The smell when I walked into my ground floor room was quite odorous, and I could barely breathe all night. Probably mold, perhaps also a weak HVAC that allows plenty of jetfuel and its combusted remains to get into the hotel.
I am writing to request an immediate refund for a duplicate charge related to my hotel reservation.
The reservation was fully paid through Booking.com (272.46 USD) . However, upon my arrival at the hotel, I was charged the same reservation amount again. (272.46 USD) This resulted in the total amount being deducted from my bank account twice.

Very good location for an overnight stay at the airport. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. We arrived late at night and the staff were very friendly and got us checked in very quickly. The room was very big and comfortable but had an early start so werent in it very much, just sleep and then back to airport.
The lift was broken and no sign on it at all. We stood waiting for it for ages! We had 4 pieces of luggage and were expected to try and carry them up the stairs - after speaking with an employee we managed to get a room on the ground floor so this was helpful in the end.
Appreciated the location and cleanliness of the property. Plus the shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant serves very good food.

Belle chambre confortable et propre
Le système de climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien. Il fait un bruit infernal. Je l’avais coupé pour la nuit. Mais au milieu de la nuit il s’est mis tout seul en route avec un bruit d’enfer. Je l’ai signalé à la réception et il faut vraiment faire quelque chose.
