Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness (e.g., 'muy limpio', 'Limpeza e conforto'), indicating above-average housekeeping and room cleanliness.
Service
7
Mixed signals: several positive mentions of friendly staff (including named staff) but notable negative incident with late-night check-in, malfunctioning key and an unhelpful technician; overall service score reduced to reflect these service failures.
Location
9
Consistently praised for proximity to the airport, frequent shuttle service (every 10–15 min) and convenient access to attractions; strong location sentiment across reviews.
Room Quality
7.5
Room features (kitchenette/apartment-style, comfort) are appreciated, but there are isolated issues (stuck door, AC noise, some exterior/structural comments) that lower the room quality slightly.
Amenities
9
Pool, restaurant, bar, jacuzzi, kitchenette and frequent airport transport are repeatedly praised, indicating very strong amenities offering.
Value for Money
6.5
Several complaints about cost (high daily rate vs. peers), paying for parking/WiFi and unresolved double payment/refund issues drive a below-target value score.
Food and Beverage
8
Restaurant and bar receive positive mentions, but breakfast is noted as repetitive/simple by multiple guests, yielding a moderately positive score.
Overall Experience
8
Overall sentiment is generally positive (repeat visits, 'amazing' stays), tempered by service and value issues; reflects a solid overall experience with some notable negatives.

Comfortable and one of our better accomodation places we have stayed this last 3.5 weeks
Pros:

clean, good sized room. Great kitchen area but didn’t really use it with free brekkie, which was brilliant each morning. Very nice and made for one less stress with busy days. Location good cos we watched football game at Nu stadium.

Cons:

couldn’t understand young guy at front desk that well.
Drier took more money than it said on my credit card but other than that brilliant stay would highly recimmend.

I would stay again & I would recommend for a family!
Pros:

The breakfast was great! Stay were really friendly except one lady (didn't catch her name). She wasn't rude but she wasn't warm and welcoming. Everyone else was great! The rooms were really nice. The free airport shuttle was a bonus!!

Cons:

The $7 charge for handling packages. If we had known before we would have handled ordering differently.

Great stay next to the airport!
Pros:

We loved the hotel. The rooms are big, beds ar comfy. We has a complete kitchen. The laundry room was a pleasant surprise. So was the breakfast. The location is also great and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I also liked the design. Kind of a gated community of three Marriott properties with an awesome po and two jacuzzis. Will be back!!

Cons:

Everything was great.

Muy agradable estancia
Pros:

Muy funcional para lo que buscabamos. Buena atencion.
