The hotel was nice. Some had some issues with towels, not being in the best shape. But the staff at the restaurant was amazing. Christina, Nikolai, Mariana were very kind and took care of all of our names. Great location for airport travel. Nice pedal of stuff to take you to your destination.

What truly stands out about Mr. Rey is his kindness and positive attitude. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and cared for, and his support made my stay much more pleasant and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and does it with such warmth and respect.

The hotel was fully booked. Needed to find another hotel for May 4.
Please see whether Booking.com can refund the no-show fee of US$ 138.88 on May 4 at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at Lafayette. The reason is the flight was cancelled due to severe thunderstorms at the airport of Chicago.

The hotel is very nice, a great choice for a stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos because we finished everything! Also, thank you to all the staff for the excellent service.
Everything was great! Room, service, overall smooth and perfect stay.
Shower was nice and the pool was good.
The Air conditioning didnt seem to work and it was 75 in our room the whole time.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Alberto! He was an incredible bartender — the mojito and piña colada he prepared for me were absolutely delicious, some of the best I’ve had. His recommendations were excellent and really helped me enjoy the experience even more.
What I appreciated the most was how helpful and patient he was with the language barrier. He made everything easy, comfortable, and welcoming. Outstanding service and great energy. Highly recommended!

I went out very early and returned at around 11:00 AM. Although I understood that breakfast was supposed to be closed, Christina kindly welcomed me and made sure I could still enjoy a round of food and drinks. Her helpful attitude and willingness to accommodate me truly made a difference and helped me feel valued as a guest.

While staying at the Chicago Marriott O’Hare my colleague and I ate dinner at Brickton. When eating at Marriotts around the country I’ve often found that it’s hit or miss. This restaurant was a definite hit. The food was phenomenal. We ordered the cauliflower appetizer, steak, fruits with sweet fries and double extra green beans and shared. The service was amazing. I highly recommend Viktoriia as a server.
