Pros:

The apartment was really spacious with big bathroom and comfy double beds. There is a free parking spot in front of the hotel if needed. There is Wi-fi available.

Cons:

Not having a spot to put the shower head on the wall makes taking a shower a bit uncomfortable.

Pros:

The room was clean, and they provided a large refrigerator. The property itself was pleasant.

Cons:

· Even if they specify that the breakfast contains croisants and coffe, in reality they offer 1 cheap croisant (not evan a fresh one) for each person and they had an esspressor in the room. So, I don't consider this a breakfast.

Pagamos para 5 personas siendo 3 y tuvimos que alquilarle otra habitación
Pros:

Nada en absoluto

Cons:

El propietario te vende que tuvo un 10 en booking no sé en qué año y que ahora está entre 9 y 9+ . Es un edificio entero (parece que fue una iglesia en su día) con varios apartamentos, y cuando eliges tu opción en booking mezcla fotos de todos ellos o al menos de varios, con lo cual, cuando llegas te das cuenta que no concuerdan con lo que ves. Pagamos precio para 5 personas, aunque éramos 3, y en la descripción pone claramente que hay 3 camas: 1 en cada habitación y 1 un sofá cama. Pues no es así, hay 2 camas dobles y un par de plegatines viejos y mugrientos, sin ropa de cama, ni rastro en los armarios tampoco , que por cierto deben tener unos 50 o 60 años. Hablamos con el propietario, nos dice que somos 3 y hay 2 camas , todo bien para él, que nos ha cobrado para 5. En el rellano, en la puerta de enfrente vemos que hay otra habitación y abrimos la puerta y hay otra habitación, asi que le decimos que si podemos usarla , por el malentendido, o más bien porque nos habia engañado. Claro que sí, por el módico precio de 100€ más, y como que nos hace un favor, que cuesta más. Dadas las horas que eran y que la reserva no era cancelable, claudicamos y aceptamos. Le preguntamos cómo le pagamos. Y nos dice que tarda 2 horas en llegar , que si no podemos esperar, que le dejemos el dinero, en metálico (sin declarar por supuesto) en el frigorífico que hay en el rellano. Tan surrealista como la puerta de la calle, buscando un agujero, que no pudimos ver porque era de noche y no nos podíamos imaginar lo que nos decía por teléfono, por el que meter el brazo para poder abrirla… El barrio lleno de yonkies noche y día, la policía siempre tiene trabajo por la zona. Lo más seguro es coger Uber en la puerta para ir y para volver. Lamentable, aunque lo peor de todo es el engaño de las camas y su correspondiente estafa económica.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!
Pros:

Die gute Kommunikation, auch schon vor ab per WhatsApp.
Die gute Lage, nahe des Parkes Tineretului mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, wie zB die sehr gute Pizzeria Firenze und der Haltestelle M2, mit der man überall sehr gut hinkommt.
Zimmer war sauber und schön gestaltet.
Es gab alles, was man braucht, zB sehr großer Kühlschrank, Föhn, Heizung, Handtücher (die allerdings in den drei Tagen nicht ausgetauscht wurden), WLAN (manchmal sehr langsam, warmes Wasser hatte man auch, wenn man etwas länger gewartet hat.
Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Man hat uns 2mal Schokocroissants gebracht, die wir dann gefrühstückt haben.
Parkplätze waren in der Nähe vorhanden.

Dreadful owner

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

What you see in the photo is all I could see of this "Hotel". I searched through the Booking app for 3 nights of accommodation at a hotel, relatively centrally located, with free breakfast and parking options. I had the bad inspiration to choose this hotel that claims to offer an excellent breakfast. AFTER I paid for the room, I received a message asking if I would arrive after 2:00 PM and was informed that breakfast only consisted of a croissant and coffee. I sent that I would arrive after 2:00 PM but at the same time I requested the cancellation of the reservation on the grounds that the breakfast did not meet our needs and I wanted to book something else. I do not eat pastries or drink coffee. The breakfast is actually a trick by which the owner misleads customers, promising a service that he does not actually offer. Seeing that the owner does not respond in the app, I tried to contact him by phone. He sent a reply message that he would respond to the request within the legal 12-hour period. The owner did not respond to the request to cancel the reservation until a few hours later, during which we continued our journey to Bucharest from the opposite end of the country. He later rejected the request for free cancellation. When we arrived at the location, the gate was locked, I called the phone and he did not answer, I called the intercom and he came out to the door of the property, somewhere beyond the metal gate. The owner was very recalcitrant, he told me that the check-in deadline was 8:00 PM and simply refused to open it. Finally, I had to contact Booking customer service and they told me that they were refunding my reservation costs because the owner had overbooked. There should be no such thing in the hotel industry, it is a lack of common sense and an abuse. If you read other negative reviews you will realize that this is the modus operandi of an aggressive owner who is scandalized and takes advantage of customers.

Great stay, would recommend!
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located- close to local amenities. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming and made the stay very pleasant. They were also very helpful in accommodating an early check in. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
