Personalul si ambientul. A fost ce am fi ales daca stiam dinainte.

Cons:

Nu a existat ceva sa nu ne placa. Desi am ales in functie de distanta fata de un eveniment, s a potrivit sufletului nostru. Nu puteam face o alegere mai buna.

So big rooms and bathroom. Quite close to the center, especially by taxi. Place for parking with camera.

Cons:

1. Paid air conditioning...what? I had not heard about it in other places, but you should pay for it from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., this is really rather bad. We had about 28-30С degrees outside at night, it`s terrible. And if you want to pay for it, you shoud know that this conditioner is only in one room and it is soooo small for this accommodation. We tried to use it 2 hours before night and it really works only for 1 room, absolutely useless for another room. And most importantly, he only informs you about this after you’ve booked the accommodation.

2. Breakfast: 1 bottle of water, coffee or tea and croissant like 7days. For this price. No comments

3. Yes, he has parking, but it is not his private parking, it`s just place next to his gate. It`s not a problem, but you should know about it

The owner was very
friendly. I could just call him whenever I needed something and he was always reachable, gave a vase for my flowers. The location perfect for my purposes.

In the Istanbul room, there was no holder for the shower, the bathroom could definitively use some more work, also

Good size room, working AC, happy to have a fridge too.
Shops in close proximity, Park close by, city centre 1 underground stop away, access to 2 underground lines, a very good restaurant 3min walking distance.

Cons:

The police being on the street all night - because they kept the engine running.

Świetna lokalizacja - w centrum miasta ale w bocznej uliczce, dzięki czemu nie słychać hałasu, blisko do parku i metra. Gustownie urządzony pokój z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. W pokoju wszystko co trzeba - ekspres do kawy, czajnik z zestawem do herbaty, klimatyzacja. Gospodarz - Pan Bogdan bardzo serdeczny i pomocny. Nocleg naprawdę komfortowy.

Нам очень понравилось все. Месторасположение отеля - очень удобное, минут семь пешком до метро, которое в 1 остановке от самого центра Бухареста. Место на автомобильной парковке прямо у ворот отеля было свободно ожидало нас. Богдан, совладелец отеля, очень гостеприимно и дружелюбно нас встретил и подробно рассказал нам о наших возможностях в отеле и порекомендовал (по нашей просьбе) роскошный, как выяснилось на месте, ресторан на соседней улице по соотношению качества и стоимости блюд. В наших номерах было все необходимое для проживания и соответствовало заявленной комплектации. Номера Стамбул и Париж, в которых мы проживали, были очень красивые, что было крайне приятно и полностью соответствовало фотографиям на сайте. В номерах очень чисто, постельное белье чистейшее, белоснежное и накрахмаленное до хруста. Континентальный завтрак в номерах нас вполне устроил, поскольку на балконе отеля мы могли с удовольствием позавтракать и перекусить при желании еще и продуктами, купленными в ближайшем супермакете. Так что огромное спасибо владельцам отеля, Богдану и Роксане за теплый прием и за прекрасную организацию проживания гостей в их отеле!
