overall good experience
Pros:

Easy streaming, spacious room, and amazing location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also nice to have starbucks and a decent convenience store in the hotel.

Cons:

Elevator had incredibly long wait times. It was always full. The lobby is too dark and gloomy. There is no water in the room.

New Orleans first timer.
Pros:

The location was great to walk to nearly everything, and where you could not walk to the bus or trolley was there to take you to a close proximity to where you wanted.

Cons:

The only thing I could even pick on is no microwave in rooms. Seeing food was plentiful we had a lot of leftovers. There are microwaves in the lobby but that was 33 floors down for us so it was not convenient but again minor detail to the overall great location.

The bed was nice, the valet were crooks, and there was a roach in our closet.

Cons:

The valet charged us $55 to park our vehicle. It was later explained that this was already taken out of our hotel stay. I confronted the guy who took the money and he lied and said he couldn’t take money. I snatched out of his hand. There was a baby roach in our closet.

Disappointing, we booked three room with King sized beds with a city view. Nono of the rooms were king and one had a cit
Pros:

Beds were nice and loved the view. Location was great for needing to go further into the French Quarter.

Cons:

The toilet stopped working at 0200 while I was up with an upset stomach, then realized there is no fan in the bathroom and no deodorizing spray, awful!
The check-in was too long, few staff and no one seemed to be helpful.
The lobby was too crowded for me, no way to sit and relax and order a meal!
Trying to call many time to ask for red eye check in (never heard of it) and not getting a human being on the phone. Reservation’s couldn’t do it and gave numbers to contact someone which led back to reservations.
I will never stay at a Marriott again.

BORING, IF I DIDIN'T GO OUTSIDE I WOULD'T KNOWN I WAS IN NEW ORLEANS.
Pros:

LOCATION OF THE HOTEL, THE MAID WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND THOUGTFUL,

Cons:

THERE WERE NO ENTERTAINMENT WITHIN THE HOTEL , NO CULTURE.
THIS HOTEL WAS JUST PLAIN AND MORE FOR BUSINESS MEETING.
