Zimmer OK, beim Preis wird wohl gemogelt.

Das Hotel an sich war OK.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hat 47.62 $ mehr als auf Booking.com angezeigt von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Beim Check-Out wurde dies nur damit erklärt, dass es sich vermutlich um eine Steuer handelt und eine Erstattung verweigert. Auf der Rechnung finden sich allerdings keine Positionen, die sich auf 47.62 $ summieren und dies plausibel machen würden.

In jedem Fall wirbt Booking.com damit, dass alle Gebühren im Preis inkludiert seien, was die Mehrbelastung in jedem Fall unrechtmäßig macht. Der Support gibt an eine E-Mail an die Unterkunft gesendet zu haben, ignoriert die Angelegenheit jedoch seit über einem Monat. Auch telefonisch erreicht man nur eine KI, die das Anliegen dann verschriftlicht. Früher war der Booking.com Support ausgezeichnet, scheint jetzt aber wohl mit AI zusammengespart worden zu sein. Ich werde in Zukunft vermutlich auf andere Buchungsportale ausweichen.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay here. The location is very convenient. The room was nice. The elevators were pretty efficient. We were on the 40th floor. On occasion, we could hear music from entertainment on the top floor, but not late at night. Service was good, although the reception desk is sometimes understaffed.

Pros:

I loved that the we were right on Canal Street, with everything within walking distance. It made it easy to explore the area without having to drive, which made the stay much more convenient and enjoyable.

I enjoyed everything and will return.
Pros:

Everything was nice. Its located in the heart of everything and within walking distance of everything. I will return.

Cons:

More staff needed at the check in desk. The receptionist was held up by 2 ladies and it held the line up. After 7 minutes somebody came to help with the line.
