Stay was okay, having a great view was the best thing.
Pros:

We upgraded to a larger room for more money, but the room wasn't much bigger at all. There were no mirrors and the bathroom was really small. I was quite a bit disappointed.

Cons:

For the upgrade charge an actual bigger room with more amenities. There are no microwaves in the rooms, that is an inconvenience.

Had a wonderful stay and every employee wished us a happy anniversary (60 years)

Cons:

There were seven elevators in direct proximity to our room and the noise of the elevators going up and down were heard throughout the night

A good choice for a visit to New Orleans
Pros:

Anice hotel as you would expect from the Marriott. room was modern and clean and we had a great veiw of the city on the 38th floor. Perfect location for all the tourist spots. Had 2 pools , large bar and lounge and valet parking.

Don't stay here if you have to use the Valet!
Pros:

The room itself was nice and clean.

Cons:

Was given a double queen room instead of the King we had booked, that wasn't that big of deal. But the Valet Service which is ran by Parking Management Services, Inc wrecked my brand new vehicle and will not do anything about it. They even sent me video of the truck damaged on exit. Cost me $550 to get repaired. Truck sits a higher than normal as it has a factory lift and oversized tires. They hit the top of the truck on the ceiling of the low clearance parking garage.

Right on Canal, Close to Bourbon
Pros:

This Marriott property is perfect for conferences and conventions! There were three during my stay! I got a corner room that was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. There wasn't a lot of noise, I heard people at the pool but that was just the location of my room. The location is right near all of the action - Canal and Bourbon, close to museums and extremely walkable once you get there.

Do better Marriott
Pros:

Quick weekend getaway. Called 2 days to ask to refill the shower gel no one ever came I had to uber eat shower gel to wash with! During check out I told the girl at the counter she apologized and said that she would give me points for my inconvenience but those points never came just like the shower gel !

Always coming back!!
Pros:

Returned again for at least the 3rd time this year, and they never disappoint! Awesome room with a great view of the Mississippi River. Awesome M Club, maybe in the top 3 of all Marriott (maybe the best). Gumbo at night, Omelets and beignets in the morning. Can't get that anywhere else!! Really good fitness center. Very good valet service. Already booked at least 2 more times later this year!!
