I paid over $600 and I pay again for breakfast if I saw it before never I will accept that . I paid 2x more for 2 days and breakfast doesn’t include
The bed and pillows and towels were very nice. The shower was hot and had great pressure. The front desk staff was nice when we checked in and the breakfast was well supplied.
I received an upgrade for the patio and it was dirty. It wasn’t worth paying for and there wasn’t really a view of anything except the big white tent.
There wasn’t even a small microwave in the room or a beverage (tea, coffee) pot. So the glasses were nice. There were four of those. We would get in late and couldn’t warm up our leftovers from the day unless we went up to the 7th floor.
I am used to not paying for breakfast and I thought $51 (I guess $25 per person roughly) was a little steep for what we ate.
Front desk staff were amazing I lost my wallet and the were brilliant getting it back to me
BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE
ROOMS ARE SMALL. HALLWAY CARPET RUN DOWN AND OLD, SMELLS
Excellent location and a very family friendly environment
We took a red eye flight from California. we arrived very early and were very tired. the staff looked to see if there was a room available and accommodated us. they were very nice.
the only thing was in the restaurant, I ordered fish, but the chef was adamant that he would not carry tartar sauce. He makes his own sauce which was just ok, However when people order fish and chips, you should atleast carry tartar sauce. the waiter stated that the chef doesn't want to carry it. If that is the case, state that on the menu so people know ahead of ordering. Most restaurants who sell fish and chips have tartar sauce.
Check in staff was really helpful and friendly. Pool was warm and saltwater rather than chlorine. The room had everything we needed including the refrigerator, and our room had a small very pleasant balcony looking over the river.
Some of the other hotel guests were noisy during the night. The pool shower was not very clean, and the plumbing had the big shower and the smaller hand held on at the same time (weird, but not a problem, just a waste of water). I don't see the point of paid parking. The gated entry is a pain. Just charge us more and don't make us have to deal with the gate.
Location. Staff. View.
