Clean, quiet, comfortable ruined by sub par bathroom shower flooding the floor.

Cons:

shower had only a too short curtain with no tub rim and the entire bathroom floor flooded when taking a shower. I am a senior and it was a slip and fall danger situation. Something even a budget motel would not have. no extra towels . Shower knobs did not function properly- too hot or too cold. Bathroom was stripped down in all respects and not user friendly.

Very little extras in the room, there isn’t anywhere walkable for small meals or snacks so the hotel store was only choice $$$$$$

I arrived a couple hours before check-in and while I was willing to wait ~ they had a room available and let me check in.

Cons:

You have to pay for internet access. There is free sign-up, but the 3 times I tried to register, it said the website was too busy, try again later. So I paid for access. To their credit, when I mentioned this at checkout, they removed the charge.

My home away from home
Pros:

Proximate to all the locations I traveled to in the Boston area. Loved the restaurant inside the hotel, I ate three dinners there and every meal was delicious. The hotel staff is lovely, this was my 4th stay at this location

Cons:

Had to change rooms because the bottom floor rooms were a bit musty

The bed and pillows and towels were very nice. The shower was hot and had great pressure. The front desk staff was nice when we checked in and the breakfast was well supplied.

Cons:

I received an upgrade for the patio and it was dirty. It wasn’t worth paying for and there wasn’t really a view of anything except the big white tent.
There wasn’t even a small microwave in the room or a beverage (tea, coffee) pot. So the glasses were nice. There were four of those. We would get in late and couldn’t warm up our leftovers from the day unless we went up to the 7th floor.
I am used to not paying for breakfast and I thought $51 (I guess $25 per person roughly) was a little steep for what we ate.
