Great place to enjoy a holiday with your kids.
Pros:

The room was super spacious and comfortable.
We loved the food, there was a great variety for breakfast as well as delicious options for salads and side dishes for dinner.
We also enjoyed the kids’ facilities- especially the aqua park.

Cons:

The main courses during dinner could have been better.
The kid’s entertainment room which is near the restaurant could have been better as well.

Not what it used to be
Pros:

Food was ok-ish, good variety but not everything as tasty as it was before

Cons:

No improvements since the hotel was opened more than 10 y ago; beds deformed from overuse; mold in the bathrooms. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place (what it was before), well, it is now kids paradise with screaming and shouting hordes of children everywhere and at all times.

great hidden gem, we have stayed multiple times and will do so again
Pros:

great facilities, the staff has consistently great attitude, excellent food, saunas, pools, etc,

Cons:

only one inconvenience: we would have appreciated having a bug screen on some windows so we can open them up at night and let air in without having to run air conditioning (which gets too cold) - for example a screen on the bathroom windows in the villas - maybe the property management could consider this small improvement

Pros:

Nice rooms. Peaceful location. The buffet had lots of choices.

Cons:

Customer service could be a lot better. Hardly any of the staff spoke English, even at the front desk. They didn’t even try to communicate, they just brushed you off

Чистота в стаята,храната

Cons:

Кърпите за басейна трябва да бъдат както е във всички хотели на басейна срещу карта,а не горе при камериерките да ги търсим Шампоан Гел за тяло да има навсякъде.На вътрешният басейн няма.Шезлонгите са плътно наредени един до друг.На басейна не работи нищо само по няколко часа работеха,от ресторанта купувахме всичко. Вода да се плаща за вечеря?По-добре сложете я в цената,но не я наплащайте.
