Super hyggeligt og komfort hotel med alt hvad hjertet begærer.

En super hyggelig og komfort hotel med alt hvad hjertet begærer, fra den straks bemærkede varm atmosfære inde i hotellet, værelset, balkonen, naturen ude og sidst, men ikke mindst den kulinariske oplevelse med stor udvalg af smagfulde retter. Selve stedet Banya forener den ægte landsby stemning med luksus og komfort på hotellet. Deres Chiflik var også meget hyggelig at besøge og bragte nostalgien frem.

Cons:

Oprigtig havde jeg ikke lyst til at skrive noget negativ om hotellet her, fordi hotellet er en af de bedste jeg har besøgt. Jeg ville give en mundtligt anbefaling til receptionen, men fandt ikke en passende lejlighed til det. I øvrigt er det for det meste 2 personer der indlogeres på et værelse, men desværre var den tredive seng på vores værelse, som min ældre mor skulle sove på, ikke en ordentlig seng og i dybt kontrast med alt andet komfort på værelset, desværre. Den var både smal og ret farlig især hvis et lille barn skal sove på den, for man kan få noget i klemme i den store åbne mellemrum og hårde ubeskyttede jern skinner. Men som sagt, jeg ved ikke hvor ofte de stole/senge tages i brug, men i hvertfald er min anbefaling at overveje en anden løsning på en evt. seng nummer 3.

Wonderful room great thermal facilities but really bad food!

The room was spacious and very nicely designed. All thermal facilities were great

Cons:

Food was really untasty and completely not in line with such a high level hotel. Variety at dinner was poor and even breakfast was not as expected
I can’t understand how such a hotel serves such food . It felt like food served in guest houses. What a pity!!!

Wonderful mineral SPA resort with stunning mountain views.
Pros:

Great location in Banya, only 5 minutes away from Bansko. We loved the spectacular views of the Pirin Mountains right from our balcony.
​The hotel features two large, wonderful pools with thermal mineral water (one indoor, one outdoor), which were perfect for relaxing. The food also exceeded our expectations—both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a fantastic and tasty variety of dishes. Highly recommended for a spa weekend!

Отсядаме з а7 или 8 път и винаги ме впечатлява храната, спокойствието през делнични дни, отношението на персонала, възможностите за забавления на деца.

Cons:

Няма нещо което да не ми е харесало, може би с препоръка да се обнови детския кът в хотела, като се включат игри и забавления и да се стопира излъчването на филми.

Страхотно място
Pros:

Хареса ми всичко. Спа центъра, външния басейн е страхотен , особено масажните легла. Храната разнообразна , в изобилие, за всеки вкус, приятното отношение на целия персонал, и в частност на рецепция, ресторант, камериери. Стаята удобна , функционална и комфортна, а гледката-просто уникална.Бутилираната вода, и малките комплименти , с които ни посрещнаха в стаята също придават един много приятен елемент и привкус. В цялата концепция е вложена мисъл за приятен престой.

Cons:

Възглавниците на мен лично не ми бяха удобни, но това не попречи на престоя ни.

Another fantastic stay
Pros:

This was another stay at this hotel, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The spa facilities are excellent, and the professional massage treatments provided by experienced therapists make the wellness experience even more enjoyable.
The food is truly outstanding, prepared with fresh ingredients from the hotel's own farm. The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a few more vegan options.

СПА центъра е един от най-добрите в България. Разширения детски кът също е много впечатляващ

Cons:

Разочароващ беше half board-ът: закуската и вечерята бяха с ограничено разнообразие, а други подобни хотели в същия ценови клас се справят много по-добре в това отношение.
