Комнаты большие,кровать огромная,но матрас слишком мягкий.персонал душевный,спа отличный.

Cons:

еда ужасная!!!никакого разнообразия,все холодное(не важно завтрак или ужин: яичница,панкиким блинчики...мясо, курица,рис,пюре...)детского меню вообще нету.

Exceptional holistic center in the heart of the beautiful Bulgarian mountains.
Pros:

All Spa facilities were super clean and accesibles, great variety of treatments and options too. The Massage Menu is superb and has wide variety of treatments and treats. The Food was truly amazing and fresh, breakfast and dinners were supreme! Big big acknowledgment for the staff at all time, super kind and responsive to anything a guest might need. We'll be back for sure.

Cons:

truly we had no observations at all, besides that all pools use chlorine given the fact that they have some of the purest and most abundant natural hot spring water available, they should have pools with pure untreated spring water as an option. We had to go at a different facility outside the hotel to get that.

като изключим храната е добре.
Pros:

Хубав хотел, студиото, в което бяхме настанени беше доста голямо, детските центрове бяха добри, особено този за по-големите деца.

Cons:

Детският център, който е извън хотела не е удобен за ползване през зимата.
Храната никак не ни хареса, нямаше и голям избор.
