Amazing pools and spa area, hot water inside the pools, stunning view of the mountains, new kids area it is just wonderful. No need to stay inside and look after your kids, great waterpark for kids. We are visiting for 2nd time, recommended for families.

Pros:

Изключително красиво място. Прекрасен апартамен, огромно пространство, всичко е супер чисто, поддържано, подредено.
Останахме много доволни, дори вече търсим нови дати пак да го посетим.
Децата бяха силно впечатлени от детската част.
Страхотна храна с техни продукти.

Мястото е страхотно, храната, персонала също!

Cons:

На терасата за пушачи, която е до лоби бара не й се отваряха прозорците! Казаха, че са счупени и не могат да ги отворят. На бара имаше страхотни видове уиски, коктейли и дори витрина с пури, но на тази тераса няма въздух да се диша, камо ли да се изпуши пура!
Миналата година бяхме пак в хотела и нямаше такъв проблем!

Everything was clean and beautiful.
The pool was warm and the sauna was great.
The food was tasty and the ice cream was amazing every dinner different flavour.
The reception service was very nice.

Cons:

Dinner served without drinks and you can bring only water if you want something else you need to order.
We pay the full price so I don’t understand why only at breakfast you have drinks and in the evening you don’t.
There are three small pools
One hot one cold and one regular
The hot one sometimes was so hot that I almost got Hurt.
