Worst sleeping conditions ever
Pros:

Closeness to the airport and the cookie!

Cons:

Air conditioning don’t work! Were told by front desk someone would come to look at it and no one ever came.

Pretty great
Pros:

Across the street from Mall of America, we were well received, was a very comfortable room, staff was really friendly, has a airport shuttle. It’s a hilton… Nicest manager and morning staff.

Cons:

Check in time too over 1h, only 2 ppl working while had a huge line, and people with no reservation were given priority , also no apple nor google pay.

Very friendly staff. Facility was very clean.

Cons:

The shuttle we were going to take was supposed to leave at 7.30am and every half hour after. We got down 5 mins prior and the shuttle was gone. One of the main reasons we booked with this hotel was the shuttle and short distance to the airport. . We had to take an uber so as to not be late for our flight.

It's a great location, near the airport. Clean and nice rooms
Pros:

It was very clean, it was a quiet and comfortable room.

Cons:

The room didn't have a microwave. I don't usually stay at the doubletree so I didn't know it wouldn't have it. I was disappointed I couldn't even warm up my food in my room

Do not use Double Tree Bloomington park and ride!
Pros:

We arrived to MSP at 1140pm. We made it to the shuttle before what should have been their last trip for the night. No one showed. A couple waited for over an hour for a shuttle. I ended up booking a Lyft XL for the 6 people that were left waiting including the couple who were waiting for over an hour and an expectant mother. We called double tree, someone answered, was rude. We called back and someone answered, put us on hold and never came back. My husband went into double tree upon arrival from our Lyft and he received no apology just the name of the GM. This was our first park and ride experience to the airport and it will be our last. Do not recommend the double tree shuttle service. Shout out to Joe from Lyft, he was amazing! 🤩
