Clean comfortable good location
Everything was nice and clean
My go to lately for trips to the cities. Close to ikea, msp and mall of America.
Easy shuttle and very convenient location to airport and Mall of America. Very friendly staff. Nicer toiletry products than are often provided.

Location
We stayed for a total of 7 nights at this hotel and returned for one more night a week later. The hotel was chosen by organizers of a convention we participated in and it was a good choice for that event. We stayed a few extra days before the convention to sightsee in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. If touring these cities is your primary reason for staying in the area, this hotel is located about the same distance from each, about 10 miles. It is within easy walking distance of the Mall of America which has many restaurants and different stores. The hotel has a free shuttle that runs between the airport and the hotel and Mall of America and the hotel. All the personnel was always most helpful and pleasant. The rooms very comfortable and had very nice down comforters. The hotel has elevators and a large parking lot. Maid service was efficient. We were satisfied with our stay here.

No parking fee, close to MOA and shuttle
Bed was comfortable
No empathy for a flight that arrived late so we missed the last shuttle. They knew we were coming too. I understand it may have been impossible to arrange, but we felt a bit like a number. A warm cookie doesn’t fix bored staff.

Great Staff - the Barman was amazing. The Front Desk was very helpful. The rooms exceeded my expectations. I would recommend the hotel for a stay of any purpose. The Meal at the pub was incredible. Well done!
