We arrived late with a lot of luggage which we took to the room first. Checking in took only a few minutes. My husband then had to drop off the rental car and the hotel shuttle service picked him up and delivered him back to the hotel in a very short space of time. The next morning the shuttle service took us to the airport terminal at 5 am, and we were through TSA at 5:20 am. The staff was absolutely efficient, the room clean and comfortable, and the shuttle service accommodating and on time! Thank you!
I had a very disappointing experience at the Kansas City Airport Marriott. A package sent to the hotel via FedEx Express from Abercrombie & Fitch was marked as delivered on August 7 and received by a member of the hotel staff. However, when I arrived on August 8, no one could locate it.
During my stay, I had to ask the front desk repeatedly—often several times a day—to look for the package. I provided FedEx tracking information, details from the sender, and the name of the staff member who accepted the delivery. Despite this, I received no real update, explanation, or clear plan to resolve the issue. The only response was that the package had not been found.
What was most frustrating was the lack of proactive communication. I provided my phone number and email address, but no one contacted me with updates or explained what steps were being taken to investigate. I felt like I had to keep following up rather than the hotel taking ownership of the situation.
I checked out and returned to Argentina without the package I purchased and without a resolution. This was not the level of customer service, empathy, or accountability I expected from Marriott.
How Marriott handles this situation will strongly influence whether I choose the brand for future stays and reservations.

You can’t get any closer to the airport than here. Beautiful property overlooking a man made lake. Car Rental Center is also only 5 minutes away.

我是替我看世界杯的老公订的，我并没有去住。听他说，酒店有24小时的shuttle bus，去机场很方便。机场有直达到看球直通车ConnectKC26始发地KC FIFA Fan Festival的班车，所以去体育场非常方便。与此同时，房费也远远低于KC FIFA Fan Festiva和体育场附近的酒店，所以在此次世界杯期间，性价比极高。此外，为了方便球迷看球，酒店放宽了入住时间限制，只要有房，基本随到随入住，很是贴心。酒店的硬件和环境都非常好，给他印象很好👍

The room was not properly cleaned, no water in the hotel room for guests, no toothbrush and toothpaste.
It was just a basic room looking like we are ten years behind. The ceiling looks terrible. You carry your own baggage and shopping bags yourself. The rates does not support free breakfast
