A comfortable hotel situated adjacent to St. Louis Airport. Primarily the hotel caters for guests and aircrew before or after flights given its proximity and free shuttle to the airport. However, I stayed for a convention and the hotel was ideally suited for this event.
Large, comfortable, light and spacious rooms with all the amenities you’d need including a fridge and indoor safe. Bathroom was a little tired but very functional. Housekeeping is good on the whole but seems to be down to whoever is on shift as on some days it was just a change of towels; other days they actually emptied the bins and hoovered! I’d just wish hotels would descale the shower heads.
Bar menu is small but OK and most staff are very good and very attentive. Breakfast was good and excellent value for a captive audience.
There is a pool which is partly indoors and partly outdoors. The sitting area around the pool is quite shaded and there is a terrace and lounger area one floor up. Gym is also quite good
It is about 20 minutes by car to the downtown area (the arch and river and the Busch Stadium) but St. Louis is very spread out and built around neighbourhoods, so research where you want to go and what you want to do.
My top tips. Use the metro if downtown and you want to explore. It takes you everywhere and is only $5 for unlimited travel per day. I went to the baseball and got back to the hotel via the metro (which was free that day) and free shuttle.
I’ll be back here in a couple of years to do it all again.
Good, clean hotel close to airport. Desk personnel were friendly and polite. This hotel offered us two free weeks of parking since we booked a one-night stay prior to early morning flight.
The The exterior looks quite aged, although some remodeling has been done inside. The smell is overwhelming, reminiscent of an old, musty house, which was hard to get used to. There are dead bags inside, and the people are unfriendly. I would not recommend it to anybody.
Busy location and a huge hotel. Seems a lot of flight crews stay here, which may help to have a quiet night sleep. They had live music playing in the evening, and the bar/kitchen areas seem to be popular. Couldn’t hear them from my room (2nd floor), which was good.
Breakfast is very expensive, I opted for the Starbucks bagel and coffee instead.
Bed and pillows were comfortable, room clean, only critique was that the HVAC struggled to keep the room cool.
I’d stay again.
Location was good and staff was very accommodating. All areas were clean with two pools.

Buen tamaño de habitacion, la cama muy cómoda, no ocupe aparcamiento
La distancia con el aeropuerto, la amabilidad del personal
The hotel is solid. The gym needs to be upgraded, it’s just ok. The concierge lounge is fair, breakfast is better than the apps at night. Over all a good hotel. You do need to pay to park. Free shuttle to airport.

My TV didn't work the first night
The Marriott St. Louis Airport occupies a prime location near the St. Louis airport, which is great if you've got an early or late flight. We stayed there at the start of our Spring Break trip and found it to be e good place to stay for a night. The hotel is clearly older, but has generally been renovated so the rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff was quite helpful, also, and the shuttle drivers and service was top notch.
Our only complaint? The area was experiencing an early warm snap and the air conditioning in our tower wasn't cooling the rooms as they needed. We mentioned it to the front desk and that was something all rooms in that tower were experiencing.
Otherwise, good stay in a great location for the airport.
