Pros:

El ambiente, la decoracion, la salida a la playa la ubicacion, al no ser un edificio enorme no habian tantos pasajeros llenando los espacios

El desayuno era muy caro, decidimos no tomar esa opcion porque eramos 4 y subia deasiado el precio

Wonderful hotel and service!!
Pros:

I stayed here with hubby at a beach front room. The room was very spacious and beautiful. The bed was comfy and we slept well there. The staff was extremely hospitable and responsive with any needs and requests.Fred was super helpful from The time he brought our bags up offering many local suggestions for dinner and nightlife. He continued to remain sincere and helpful during the duration of our trip. The hotel’s concierge was also patient and helpful In assisting us to navigate planning our many daily excursions.

Exceptional Service from Lucy at the Front Desk
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Lucy at the front desk.

When she realized we weren’t happy with our room, she went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Thanks to her dedication and outstanding customer service, our stay was completely transformed into a fantastic one.

Lucy is a true asset to the hotel, and we are very grateful for everything she did. Thank you, Lucy, for making our vacation so enjoyable!

Pleasant Vacation at the Palms
Pros:

My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay at the Palms in Miami Beach. All the employees were very friendly, from the Front Desk clerks, concierge, valet attendants and bellmen. Floriano, the waiter that served us at the pool area, was outstanding! My daughter was curious if she could have her coconut cut in half to be able to eat the pulp, and he replied “but of course, I’ll bring it back in a second”, immediately took it, and brought it back in a timely manner - a great customer service!

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, and we were given a wonderful room with stunning views. Fred, the concierge, was amazing and went above and beyond to help us get our room much earlier than expected. His outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Our rating is 5 out of 5.

No me voló la cabeza, pero bien
Pros:

El personal era muy amable y ame la vista al mar

Cons:

Cierran muy temprano la atención en la playa, así que cuando fui (18:00) ya no habían asientos, ni podía llevar varias cosas del bar. Otra cosa que no me gustó, que no es culpa del hotel, es que la playa estaba lleeena de algas, así que no era tan lindo ni para la vista ni para entrar

Incredible experience!
Pros:

What an incredible experience it is to stay at The Palms every year! We absolutely love coming back to this beautiful hotel. It is incredibly family friendly, the food is exquisite, the staff is always warm and welcoming, and everything is exceptionally clean. One of our favorite parts of our stay is spending time at the beach and being so wonderfully taken care of by Gabriela Parker and the entire team. They always make our experience extra special. We look forward to this tradition every year and cannot wait to be back again next year!
