Outstanding Beach Service at The Palms Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at the Palms Hotel in Miami Beach, and a big part of that was thanks to Mike. He provided outstanding service at the beach throughout our stay.

Mike is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. He consistently made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His positive attitude, warm communication, and genuine appreciation for guests truly stood out.

It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal and welcoming approach. Mike went above and beyond to make our beach experience perfect, and his dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed.

Thank you, Mike, for making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend the Palms Hotel and hope to see you again on our next visit to Miami Beach!

Great get away
Pros:

The customer services was top tier. Beautiful clean facilities. Great food and drinks. The beach staff Mike, Tiago, Blanchard and our server Jennifer were amazing. I will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 experience!!!!

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

My experience at The Palms was very good. Check in was easy and fast. My corner room was updated, clean and very nice. The lobby is a little odd as it's a combination of two buildings. The pool and beach are beautiful. I only had breakfast at the hotel (no other meals) and it was ok; nothing special. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Loved this hotel. It is beautifully and conveniently designed from the layout to the decor and is kept very clean. Martin the concierge was an absolute godsend for first timers in Miami!

​I had an incredible stay at the Palm Spa Hotel, and a massive part of that was thanks to Fred. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He is extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely attentive.
​What truly sets Fred apart, though, are his phenomenal local insights. I asked him for dining suggestions, and he guided me to some of the absolute best spots in the area. His top recommendation for Haitian cuisine was a culinary masterpiece—authentic, vibrant, and perfectly flavorful. It ended up being the highlight of my trip!
​If you are staying at the Palm Spa, do yourself a favor and see Fred for the best recommendations. Thank you, Fred, for making my stay so memorable!

Pros:

A estadia no The Palms foi excelente. Desde o frontdesk, passando pelo café da manhã e a equipe do bar da piscina/praia. Andrea, Gaby e Floriano são espetaculares que fazem todo o dia a dia ser ainda mais especial.

Cons:

Os preços das comidas e bebidas são um pouco salgados, mas segue a base de valores de Miami.

Essencia restaurant at the Palm Miami Beach
Pros:

I’m a local but my family always stays at the Palm and we love essencia restaurant. The food is amazing, reasonable price for the area and the service is outstanding. Our server today was Elianny. She was so accommodating to us. Did not hurry us for our order, was always smiling and in short, amazing!
