Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The Valets gave superior service. We had breakfast at their restaurant and it was very good. Exceptional service. Pool was very nice with poolside bar service and light fare. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Check-in coukd have been smoother. The receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. They advertise parking but do not list that it's paid parking. Be prepared to pay $50 per day for Valet. No other choice,
but the service is exceptional.

Красивый отель стильный
Pros:

Красиво оформленный отель, удобный, есть все для хорошего отдыха, расположение очень удачное у океана

Cons:

Не было воды в номерах, только платная. Холодильник слабый, было сложно с хранением медицинского препарата. На ресепшене в первую ночь на мою просьбу дать лед или положить в их Холодильник ответили довольно безапелляционным и категоричным "нет!", что очень удивило. Но с утра другая девушка вполне мило распорядилась принести в номер другой Холодильник даже с отделением морозильника, что было очень хорошо.
Было сложно с настройкой температуры в номере и первые 2 ночи мы жестко мерзли. Из номера отрегулировать не получилось и отель сам с главного центра видимо сами регулировали, но это не помогало совсем. Потом было душно и жарко так как мы отключили кондиционер вообще.
В конце недели когда с душа перестала идти холодная вода совсем и стало как-то некомфортно в кипяточке вариться, выяснилось что душ у нас и не работал 😄 а мы думали что мы как-то не так крутим ручки. Приходил техник и чинил в последний день.
Описала по фактам, и думаю а странный все же у нас был опыт ))) хотя запомнила много хорошего, в том числе весь персонал был милым и делали все для комфорта нашего. кстати, надо бы разобраться по платежам, мне кажется отель выставил счёт больше чем нужно. Обещали прислать на почту, все ещё не получила. Если есть тут представители отеля, просьба связаться со мной

Das Personal war hervorragend! Die Situation mit Liegestühlen am Pool ist wunderbar gelöst. Es hat immer Personal vor Ort, welches die Stühle wieder bereitstellt sobald jemand geht. Wir hatten immer einen tollen Platz am Pool.
