Pros:

Someone tried to steal my Camaro from their upper parking lot. My hood and hood latch were damaged. Also, I thought there was free breakfast but there wasn't. Breakfast buffet was 21.50 & I just got a few pieces of fruit and a little scrambled eggs. I would've went to McDonalds for an egg biscuit for $2 had I know that.

Cons:

I am still waiting on them to check their security footage and have the local police look at it. Also the local Greentree PD hours are 8-4.

Terrible- I would appreciate a full refund
Pros:

Our experience was terrible. The a/c was extremely loud we let the staff know and asked if it could be fixed. If it couldn’t be fixed can we be moved to another room. The staff told me that they were sending a repair man. That never happened the ac continued to get louder to where we could not sleep. We reached out again for help and they said this was not something that could be repaired. When we asked why they don’t move us in the first place they said nothing and offered to move us at 3am. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this was a terrible experience. I would like a full refund.

Cons:

Nothing

Ants were all over my bed during the night
Pros:

The room served a purpose. The bed was comfortable except for the ants.

Cons:

I just stayed in room 530. The room has ant problems. I originally thought bed bugs. I could feel them crawling all over the bed. Did not sleep well and left me questioning staying. Tiny sugar ants. Sorry to be critical. Worked in hospitality for many years. Just thought you should know. It happens

Great Staff, Disappointing Room!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the on-site Starbucks and the noon checkout, which was a nice convenience.

Cons:

The room itself was disappointing. The bathroom was small and not as clean as it should have been. There was also no mini fridge or microwave available. Considering the cost of the room, we expected better cleanliness and more amenities.
