The hotel was clean, staff was great.

Cons:

The bed was NOT comfortable. The staff in the bistro were great but disorganized (we had to wait a long time for the food we ordered)

Pittsburgh is AMAZING. We will return very soon
Pros:

The pool was cool it was indoor/outdoor. And the hot tub of course. Gym was nice too and very clean. Housekeeping there does a really great job. Like a REALLY great job.

Cons:

I guess how far it was from Center City but that’s also my own fault so doesn’t really apply

Great place but needs some attention
Pros:

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows

Cons:

Back entrance doors stick and hard to open and close along with stair case entrance on floor 16. Parking lot lines are non existent
