Had a wonderful stay at Amsterdam Marriott Hotel. The location is outstanding-right next to Leidseplein and within walking distance of many of Amsterdam's top attractions, museums, restaurants, and shopping streets. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to suit different tastes. Everything was well prepared, and the staff kept the buffet well stocked throughout the morning.
I have to highlight a nice gesture of the maintance who fixed our outlet very fast, thank you Stefanos for the nice service!
This is a unique providing dependable full-service hotel experience with strong business and leisure facilities. I had a work day here and as a team we enjoyed the environment. Good hygiene and great food.
The location
The receptionist’s inappropriate and unprofessional attitude, along with the uncomfortably hot air conditioning, made the experience very unpleasant.
It was close to the trams station and open space
Staff were very grumpy in the morning, and the housekeeping are not cleaning the floors. Rest of the team were friendly overall. Phones were not working and even after complaining, the receptionist was not bothered. The decorative lights, lighting up the hotel is uncomfortable during our stay and the curtains don’t cover up all edges which allows sun or other lights to bleed in.

Alt for små senge, følte at det var klaustrofobisk i rummet, meget småt til loftet. Parkering er alt for dyrt. Hotellet ligger også i en dyr ende.

This hotel is located a very short distance from Vondelpark and only a short walk from the tourist centre of Amsterdam, but far enough away to be generally quiet.
There is a decent gym, full bar (Bar Twelv), grill restaurant (where breakfast is served), beauty salon, laundry room and more. The included breakfast buffet was really good, with food for all ages/ tastes.
Our room was well sized and comfortable, with bath/ shower, coffee and tea facilities, decent size TV and very good bed.
All of our interactions with the staff were excellent.

Franz was an outstanding guest relations person. Super helpful, courteous, and kind. Very professional. Got us cabs, gave great recommendations, and helped with bags every single day. 10/10 service from everyone, especially Franz.

I BELIEVE MY MONEY WAS STOLEN BY HOTEL STAFF.
I had 5,000 euros in cash stolen from the security box in my hotel room. I believe it was stolen by cleaning staff.
La struttura gode di un’ottima posizione, in pieno centro e vicinissima ai mezzi pubblici. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la camera, ampia e ben organizzata.
Al nostro arrivo la camera non era pulita come ci si aspetterebbe: abbiamo trovato anche degli asciugamani macchiati. Dopo aver utilizzato le due capsule di caffè messe a disposizione, le tazze non sono state sostituite durante il riassetto della camera e non sono state rifornite nuove capsule. Inoltre, il lavandino del bagno era otturato: ogni volta che lo utilizzavamo, l’acqua si accumulava senza defluire correttamente.
