Cons:

Too hard to find my room even with the map. Hallways smelled like an old log cabin very strongly.

Staff friendly and helpful. Sheri our shuttle guide, Bonnie at front desk, Shelby at the restaurant, Doug the maintenance man.

Cons:

I was not able to do a survey on the spot to recognize the employees.

Fun facility, but a little "long in the tooth".
Pros:

Rooms clean, fairly well laid out but dated and showed signs of aging. Switched us from 6th floor to 2nd with concomitant decrease in views, but still adequate.

Cons:

Pillows were lousy.

It was very clean, staff were super friendly and helpful

Cons:

It was an odd set up check in was in a different building than room. To putt putt golf it was small and had to pay extra to play should have been included with stay in my opinion. To get to boat shack to rent a boat was an obstacle just to get there very confusing and not an easy access. The pools were always crowded we didn't get to enjoy them because of that

It was fun and relaxing the people there we kind and friendly.
Pros:

Very pretty location and lots to do and if you want to just chill you can do that too. Really enjoyed the golf course too.

Cons:

There were a lot of cobwebs on the deck area. There were a lot of dust bunnies around the air conditioner unit in the room and it looked like possible mold on the unit vents. There were large dust bunnies at the top of the sliding glass door.

Won't go with kids next time
Pros:

Didn't get to do much. We had too many kids to do anything. I stayed in the room a lot. Customer service was excellent

Cons:

Pools extremely cold. Indoor pool was awful. Didn't enjoy at all. Water park way too expensive even just to go watch. I stayed in room.

That it was right on the lake

Cons:

Not many activities had no actual beach to get in the water, pools too small, the covered parking is not secure at all. Building and rooms are outdated. Too expensive for what it actually has
