It's Decent
Pros:

Room is a good size, beds were comfortable, proximity to Oak St Beach is almost unbeatable

Cons:

Certain staff members (one in particular at the front desk) were unpleasant, to say the least, while some (security) were absolute gems

Cost was pretty high even though no large events were happening, which is when I'd expect costs to rise. I wouldn't say it was worth $400+/night, especially with the attitude from staff
