Pros:

I checked in and it was a sweltering 75 degrees in my room. I immediately called the front desk, as this is way too warm for me to sleep. I was assured the room would cool down when I went out to dinner and that the engineer would come by to check it. I returned from dinner several hours later and the room was 74 degrees. The engineer never came by. If you value a cool night’s sleep, I’d stay elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. Air conditioning didn’t work in two rooms, the toilet wouldn’t flush, it smelled like mildew. Horrible, horrible experience. I would NOT recommend.

A little disappointed in the facility
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

Two of the elevators were out of service. I had to walk down with a suitcase from the 8th floor when checking out. I waited for 15 minutes to get the elevator but when it showed up it had service workers on it and they said "no room" and closed the door.
