Very convenient! Walking distance to anything we wanted to do

Cons:

Valet parking was full. This was actually one of the reasons I booked this place. Luckily we’re were advised by staff to park in the garage across the street and bring our ticket to the front desk. Worked out ok, wasn’t a big deal

Assume place to stay for fun! SO much to do within walking distance too!
Pros:

Staff were so friendly making sure we had everything we needed and the location was exactly where we needed it to be for the ballgames.

Cons:

Our toilet was very slow to flush, but we let them know

Pros:

NOTHING! The staff was always rude, our ac in the room didn’t work the whole time we were there. The whole west tower didn’t have ac which they failed to tell us nor did they offer to give us another room, it was 83 degrees in our room and didn’t get to sleep till about 2:30 am.
The garage that we paid $40 for was not secure at all, money, bunch of change, 2 phones and a few other things were taken out of my car! This place has got to be the most horrible place ever!!!

Disappointed
Pros:

The close proximity to the ball park

Cons:

I was on the 3rd floor, paid over $300 for 1 night... the bathroom had hair on the wall, the toilet kept bubbling up and spilling water all over the floor. This kept me up all night. When I said something about it to the front desk, they didn't seem interested. Not even an apology. I won't stay here again. Definitely not worth the money I spent!!

Pros:

Close walking distance to Busch staduim the arch

Cons:

Was expensive for the rooms .we had asked for a room with a view of the ball park.did not get that.
Went to their restaurant for breakfast and could not get in as the hostess told us they take the guest that prepaid their breakfast first and we woukd have to wait. There were plenty of tables available but yet they made quite a few people stand in a different line if you didn't have breakfast included in your stay
Yet she handed us a menu and said here look at this while you wait .
Will never return to this location again .
Approached the desk clerk about this issue and they didn't do a thing.
Other people in front of us at the breakfast were disgusted as well .we ended up going to a diner and had an amazing breakfast there .
