Staff was super nice and accommodating.
Valet was a little inconvenient for the east towers guests.
Very good
Didn’t clean room until we complained.
The location was AMAZING! The room was smaller than expected, but very clean!
It was very close to Busch Stadium, which is what my intention was. The employees were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were actually nice!
There was an exhaust fan missing from the bathroom in room 508.
Location is the only good thing this place has
Elevator wait time. Old rooms and decor. Price was over the top and not a 4 star hotel. Should be maximum $199 max per night during cardinals season. No free breakfast at a $300 plus price point is insane. So if my family of 4 ate breakfast and I parked my car, we would’ve spent approximately $600…..would you pay that?
Wonderful location!
Windows were peeling. Old. Outdated. Need upgrades
The roof top bar was fun and service was excellent even though it was very busy, every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful at the hotel as well. The location is great for the ballpark and parking.
One of our rooms was not ready and there was a lobby full of people waiting because their rooms were not ready! When we got to our rooms they were not very clean, there was dried blood on our bathroom wall and the bathroom door had parts missing and wouldn't stay shut. Room was humid and A.C. unit was very loud-will not stay there again. We were very disappointed.
Worst Hilton experience we’ve had and we’re diamond members so we usually choose Hiltons. Location is great - went to a Cardinals game and it’s a walk through baseball village and you’re there. Couldn’t get much closer. Also walked to the Arch in 5 minutes. That’s where the perks end. Hotel is run down. Stayed in the West Tower which wasn’t as busy and had a two bed room. Room was tiny, beat up, and not clean. Could barely see the stadium from our “paid upgraded view” because the windows were dirty. Toilet was smashed and caulked back together. Disgusting dirty corners with grime in the bathroom, hair ties and trash that wasn’t ours under beds. Doors were chipped, faded and had rusted hinges. Noisy at night when the bars get out and then drag races at 3am by our window. Will not stay here again. Go anywhere else. They need to shut it down and do a major renovation.
Staff was very helpful at check in- check out not as much.
You can’t beat the location of the hotel!
We were told our breakfast and parking would be comp’s at check in because of our room mess up. When we went to get the QR code at the hotel it didn’t work at the parking garage and so we had to pay more than what we even should have (we paid $60 plus tax and rate for guests was $45)
Also our room did not cool down very well and the ice machine on the floor was broken.
The pool was closed because it was supposed to rain but it wasn’t even raining. The kids were disappointed
Dear Management,
I wanted to take a minute to offer my gratitude for the exceptional welcome and assistance we had upon our arrival from Florida by your front desk person, Ursa.
It so happened that I called a couple of days ahead with questions, and it was Ursa who took my call and assisted me. Amazingly so, it was him who also happened to be the one we saw at the front desk in spite of so many people checking in at that time. When he saw my name, he immediately asked me if it was me whom he talked to a couple of days before. He was welcoming and servicing, making us feel truly special.
Congratulations on having such quality professionals working with you. Coming to your hotel in St. Louis to see a Cardinals game had been on my bucket list for years. We will be back! Hopefully, we see Ursa again.
Thanks again,
Ricardo (Rick) Garcia, Ed.D.
Location is great.
Breakfast was too expensive. Didn't have free parking. Rooms were very dated for a Hilton.
Loved the location, service was excellent!
View of the arch
Star bucks
The gun fight in front of the hotel both nights we stayed. Terrible. The other hotel guests were fighting in the hall. The staff when we checked in was awful. He didn't present himself very professional. He was rude, his clothing was very sloppy and looked dirty. Terrible!! He wasnt a person i would want representing the hotel.
We went to eat at the place in the lower level of hotel, no one was around. We waited 20 minutes, ordered beer and a pizza, the pizza tasted like a cardboard pizza, my salad was wilted lettuce with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Wtf?! Way to over priced. The 1st day of breakfast, I requested cup of coffee, she walked away, never got my coffee. My husband went and got us both a cup. She never came back to our table except to give us a bill, and said we could leave her tip on it. Nope.
