Walking distance to game
Im not one to do this but here we go. Saint Louis has been a baseball home for decades. So it being a home game weekend shouldn't have its down fall from the start. Our check in starts at 4. We got there at around 5 thinking our room would be ready. After driving 4 hours we still had to wait another 45ish cause for room wasnt ready. Then check in because a huge mess. Not the best first impression. The bell man that brought our luggage up was am amazing gentleman. When we got into our room it was almost 80° on the thermostat. Thought maybe it was because the window was open and it was pretty warm outside. Even with our fan on the room neber reached below 75 the first night. We kept the curtains closed the entire trip just so our room could stay some what decent. We never moved the thermostat from 68° but never got lower than 71° even at night. The third and final straw was on our 2nd full day went to get out of the parking garage and was basically trapped in. Our code wouldn't work on the ticket and sent me into a panic. Come to find out THEY NEVER PUT OUR TRUCK IN THE SYSTEM. So on the phone for 10 mins while sitting in a line of cars behind me trying to get a code to get out and be able to get bavk in when we come back. Needless to say even though its maybe a 5 min walk from the doors to the ball park we will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Just because we were in the West Tower does not mean we are beneath anything. I paid the same amount that someone on the east tower would have paid and I feel like we were looked down upon. Again I will say we will not be staying at thus establishment again.

Location
Rooms weren’t ready to check into for several hours after check in time, had to unpack in our friends room
Stayed and attended an on-site weeklong business meeting, with catered breakfast and lunch by the Hilton Ballpark. Everything was excellent! Special shout- out to Kim, Nelson, Tatia and Joanie, these staff members truly cared about our experience- they were kind, courteous and very professional (even in the face of some grumpy guests). Thank you very much for a wonderful trip! - Andy
Rooms were not ready in time and we missed part of the game we went to. We had to get ready in the lobby. Front desk completely worthless and could not be bothered with the situation. Hotel is run down, A/C was not working. Avoid this location and stay any where else.
location is excellent. Pillows were great. Mattress comfortable.
Shower operation seems flimsy and not straight forward. Very slow shower drain. No air vent.
Close to ballpark, people
The air conditioning was messed up our room was 73 and hot. Called they worked on it, wallpaper was peeling. Bathroom has stuff on wallpaper and looked like blood on shower curtain cold water in Bathroom not working
Very convient location
Air did not work well in 627
Location to the ballpark and the Arch were incredible.
I very much disliked being rushed out of my car when I arrived by the valet employees. I also very much disliked that my belongings were basically taken hostage when I arrived by a bellhop. I informed the bellhop I was ok with taking my own things to my room, but he wasn't taking a no for an answer. Our arrival to the hotel was very stressful. The Hotel itself is very outdated and needs lots of renovations.
Location
It was very outdated the room was not clean
Although this hotel is very convenient to the arch, Busch Stadium, and several dining options, it is lacking in some of the basics one should expect from a Hilton… rooms are old, daily room service is very poor, customer service was very mediocre (depended on which staff member you worked with). As a longtime HH member, I will most likely consider different accommodations on my next visit.

Lovely location. Good food. Rooftop bar was top tier.
Bathrooms were small and tubs were dirty. Sir conditioner was broken and staff said it's been broken all week blowing hot air. Very uncomfortable to sleep in with the july heat. They brought us a few fans a couple hours before check out time.
The west tower was musty and smelled like mold. The noise from the room next door (adjoining) sounded like they were in our room with us. We could hear everything and we assume they heard us. We also could hear everything step from the room above us. The AC could not keep up and after we complained it was adjusted to cool a little better but added constant dripping water noises. The shower drain did not drain at all which is disgusting, after address following 3 calls/texts it only improved moderate. I was still standing ankle deep the next morning. The curtains would not close flush against the walls and light was let in both mornings prior to our alarms. There was only 1 usb outlet for our phones/devices, which kept popping the power strip breaker. When I had to keep resetting it I saw the disgusting years of filth that was collected on the floor and walls behind the nightstand. We also requested housekeeping to return after waking us up at 8am on a holiday weekend only for them to never do so. Also, the valet pickup system in the morning is a joke; they are too overwhelmed, no call ahead for your vehicle either. You just have to wait in a crowded, hot holding area with dozens of others waiting for their vehicles. At one point there was a 20+ line up of car keys waiting to be retrieved.
Ursa helped us tremendously with check in and to make sure we had a great visit. If going to the game this is the only hotel you should choose overlooking for the field.
