I have stayed here on multiple occasions. The room this time was disappointing. The shower made the smoke detector chirp each time, the bathroom had zero ventilation. The ceiling was peeling or large portions were missing from the ceiling. The bedding had holes it in. It just seemed outdated/unkempt.

Breakfast was great and close to entertainment, but value is hard to swallow with the bathrooms.

Close to the Arch and right across from Busch stadium.

Very dated in the rooms. Bathroom is in need of remodeling and upkeep

Pros:

We have stayed there 2 times and fixing to be a 3rd. The elevator situation is the worst. Have to stand in line every time to go to our room.

The location, the elevator staff and door staff were very nice. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty in all 3 rooms, there was brown goo dripping down the wall in my room, the sheets and bed cover in my daughter's room were ripped, staff at the front desk and the bar were rude, the pool was closed everytime we went in there (my granddaughter who ran in the 5k wanted to swim), the ceiling was falling in the bathroom, and everytime someone took a shower the smoke alarms went off the entire time the shower was running. There was no TV guide. Also no explained how parking validation worked and we didn't know it was free until we had already paid $120 for parking.
