Gute Lage, ruhig, großer Parkplatz, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal bei Rezeption, Frühstück und Bar. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Fairer Preise in der Bar. Leider war das Wetter zu schlecht, dass wir die Außenbereiche bewerten können.

Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre!
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! Man würde sowas in Italien gar nicht erwarten. Zimmer und Balkon sind grosszügig, Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeitenden an der Reception können nicht alle Englisch und die Infos waren nicht immer vollständig korrekt.

Pros:

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The room was superb and all facilities were of an excellent standard and maintained to a very high level.
The location of the hotel and the views of the lake/mountains were outstanding.

Pros:

Prima colazione buona, ma non ottima.
La prima accoglienza (reception) è stata ottima.
Il parcheggio privato (gratuito) era perfetto, su un lato c'era anche una tettoia.

Cons:

Il balcone della camera era sporco: ho trovato una grossa ragnatela e diversi escrementi di volatili.
Quando sono entrato nella camera faceva molto freddo.
Ho cenato presso il ristorante Aura: soldi buttati via.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect (except mosquitos around the lake 😂). Room was perfect, breakfast fabulous (fresh, many options - we loved it and the staff on reception very professional and helpful. Ilaria and her colleague (receptionists) will be remember by our kid- each time they were smiling, talkative with him - he got present (unfortunately do not know the name of the girl - she gave him dominoes) and also Ilaria fixed his favorite toy - this is going way beyond expectations!
