It was good however, next time I meet you somewhere else to stay-
Pros:

I like the proximity to the convention center- the service staff was great. They came every day cleaned my room.

Cons:

The cost was a little high, considering that I had issues with the water temperature in my shower, my room was on the ground floor, and there was lots of noise outside right by the parking lot

Mein Zimmer war laut obwohl ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten habe. Die Umluft ungs Anlage lasst schlafen unmöglich sein. Umständliche Zahlungsmethode und unfreundliche Rezeptionistin.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with excellent service and very accommodating staff.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the service and how accommodating the staff was throughout our stay. I ended up extending my stay for an additional two nights, and they were able to accommodate the request with no issues while allowing us to remain in the same room, which was very convenient.

Overall, the service was excellent. The Marriott Bonvoy app also made it incredibly easy to communicate with the hotel, and they were always very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had.

A few days later, we stayed at the Hilton Anaheim across the way because we had already booked that hotel in advance. After experiencing both, we will definitely be choosing the Anaheim Marriott over the Hilton for future stays. The Marriott felt much less chaotic, had a much better hotel layout, and the service was noticeably better.

Overall, I highly recommend the Anaheim Marriott and would happily stay there again!

Cons:

One day, the hotel offered poolside service, but the following day, it was not available. The staff and restaurant seemed quite busy, so I completely understand that service may not always be available. However, when I asked one of the waitresses about it, she was not very friendly or helpful, which was a little disappointing.

My only other concern was the cleanliness of some of the less visible areas in the room. There were noticeable areas of dirt and buildup underneath the bed, under the side tables, and around the bed frame. It seemed like the room had been thoroughly cleaned on the main surface areas, but the harder-to-reach spaces were overlooked. A more thorough deep cleaning of these areas would make the room feel much cleaner overall.

Good Convention Stay
Pros:

Stayed here for Wondercon earlier this year, and was surprised by the changes from a decade ago. Hardwood floor instead of carpet was a different experience (and I ended up removing my shoes at the door, lest I bring in unwanted stuff from outside). Lots of room for a solo person, and the bed was very comfortable, with plenty of power outlets nearby for my CPAP machine.

The elevators were very efficient, compared to the last stay. Pushing for my floor number first, then being directed to a specific elevator, took a little getting used to, but it definitely seemed to move things along a lot quicker with the 2 conventions going on in the same place.

The floor ice machines were a bit of a hit or miss... Sometimes the sensor detected the ice bucket, and sometimes I had to go to another floor to find one that worked better.

No complaints about the view, since I was here for the convention, so wasn't bothered by seeing mostly solar panels and concrete from my balcony. Was very peaceful sitting on the balcony at night though.

Will return for next year's convention, since being a Marriott member including having free wifi, which helped out a lot.
