Pros:
• Excellent location.
• On site parking at no charge. It is gated with security staff monitoring it.
• Full service restaurant and lounge.
• The best M Club I've had access to so far. Really nice.
• Super friendly staff. They really place a lot of importance on customer satisfaction.

Cons:
• The desk could be a little larger.
• You are right next to I 45 so you will be getting some very minor traffic noise.
•

I always ask for as high as I can get to avoid any traffic noise.

You're in the middle of Houston. You have pretty much an unlimited list of things to do.
Safety
Very secure. The grounds are monitored with security staff. The elevators require a key card to go up to the rooms. The neighborhood is very professional.
Walkability
It is very walkable.
Food & drinks
Full service restaurant and lounge is on site. You don't have to go anywhere. But, if you wish too, you can find any cuisine your heart desires in Houston. I would recommend Bar-B-Q, Seafood and Steaks. But that's just me. I also went to one of the best, all you can eat Sushi restaurants I've ever been to. Kimoto Premium Sushi off of Westheimer Road.

I've stayed at many Marriotts but have not found a nicer, more caring concierge staff than Carmen Medrano and Carmine McFarland. Both ladies could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The M Club was a great venue with a super selection but it was the staff, especially these two ladies that made it exceptional.

Juan was fantastic at The Den. He provided amazing service and was so attentive! Thank you so much for making our trip great!

The location was close to where I had to work. The atmosphere was friendly and nice, stayed clean and towels were always replaced. The values were bmvery respectful. The road noise from the highway and the doors slamming kept waking me up throughout the night, you can hear the conversations through the walls. The service was excellent I was taken care of very well they fixed the AC so my room stayed cool from the hot day of work I was greeted when I came in at the end of a hard day of work. Mis Rita thank you for the great experience during my stay.

I had a great experience at the Marriott Hotel, and I have to give a special shoutout to Rita, she is truly the best! From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my stay so much more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about guest experience the way she does. Thank you, Rita, for making my visit memorable, I’ll definitely be back!

I was in a pinch with a last-minute work meeting I needed to attend and reached out to the front desk. The team was incredibly receptive and quickly connected me with someone who could assist. Within two rings, my call was answered by Geneveve Vistan, who immediately stepped in to help.

Ms. Vistan not only accommodated my urgent request, but did so with impressive efficiency and professionalism. She quickly secured a conference room, arranged notepads and water, provided the Wi-Fi details, and ensured everything was ready for me to conduct a successful meeting. Her responsiveness and attention to detail truly made all the difference—without her support, I’m not sure how I would have managed.
