Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! A special thanks to Bayan and alaa at the front desk for their warm welcome and excellent service. Also, big appreciation to Hussam, Abdullah, and Mohammad at the pool area for being so helpful and ensuring we had a great time. Highly recommended!

اجازة ممتعة في فندق فخم
Pros:

الفندق فخم ويوجد فيه كل ما تحتاجه ليس بعيداً عن احسن مول في الاردن ( البوليفارد) الموظفين ودودين.

Cons:

الفطار بحاجة الى تنويعه وخاصة الفواكه الطازجة لان الاردن غنية بالفواكه.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were large, spacious, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of food and plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I will stay there once again if I visit back Amman
Pros:

The Hotel was nice and I liked the location and staff. very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The outdoor swimming pool was too basic, small, and crowded. View from the window was NOT the best.
