Very pleasant experience at Crabtree and Tegest G. was delightful each morning at the coffee bar. She provided me with a smile, small talk and delicious iced coffee daily.

Wish I could have stayed longer
Jennifer is an amazing bartender that puts service above Self. Matt is also very hospitable.
Hotel was a pleasant experience. However, what really made the service exceptional was our breakfast server Taylor. She was very helpful with the menu and making recommendations as well as providing good conversation. I would attend again.

The location was great for the event I was attending. It was nice and clean
I wanted to go to the pool to relax a bit for my event but I was u able to do so do to the pool party they had filled with kids.
We had lunch and a couple drinks at the bar/restaurant, and our server (Matthew W) was great! Very knowledgeable and good company. Would recommend, especially if he’s behind the bar!
We had a great experience while staying at the Marriott for the SPOA conference. The staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean. We especially had lovely afternoons with Matthew W. at the bar. He was kind, fun, and very accommodating.

Outdated, over priced (470 for 1 night) outlets buzzed all night, no microwave, messy (hair in shower)
The hotel is “nice”, but not “great”. I’m here for a week for business and the first day of housekeeping was just bad. I got back to my room shortly after housekeeping left, and the only things I noticed they did was put a new towel in the shower, and move the bed covers up. No new plastic bag for the ice bucket, no new glasses, and they left the pillows the same as when I left in the early morning.
I get they couldn’t upgrade my room (being Platinum status), but at least put some effort into cleaning my room.
I was a couple hours early before my check in and Tegest G was very kind and helped the time go by a lot faster!
Jennifer is the best ever. I also love Matt W. I went to the bar on Saturday and Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed the service.
Service was simply outstanding. Jennifer and Justin both should be the face of Marriott customer service. They made my 3 nights there at the bar fun and memorable. Can’t wait for my next trip.
