Qualité de la chambre et sa taille. Emplacement de l’hôtel

Cons:

Nous avons fait appel au service pour deux petits déjeuners très décevant, une grande assiette, très peu remplie pour deux et surtout froide notamment les pommes de terre. Par ailleurs j’avais demandé un café noir, j’ai reçu un café au lait et et un supplément de pain que j’attends toujours . Je vous invite à abandonner l’idée d’un petit déjeuner à Service et puis plutôt à aller au buffet qui je pense doit être mieux mais au 18e étage, c’est comme moi vous avez le vertige je vous invite à aller au Starbucks café qui se trouve loin de l’hôtel.

Pros:

Hotel is beautiful and well designed. Staff were friendly and we were offered an upgrade from a standard room to a suite. The suite was spacious and comfortable. Excellent location; few minutes walk to inner harbor and all the amenities.

Cons:

The rooms don't have AC. Just a portable one that barely cooled down the suite. It's just one and you have to position it closer to the open bedroom door.
The pool area was uninviting. It needs more seating and maybe adults only hour.
