Excellent stay overall
Pros:

As I arrived with my car everything was perfect from the arrival: nice underground parking that was easy to enter/use, easy check-in (an hour earlier than check-in time), great room, clean, free bottle of water from the house, nespresso coffee in the room, everything as you would expect or even more. The breakfast was WOW, maybe the richest breakfast I ever had in a hotel. The location is also very central but that was not one of the crucial points for me.

Cons:

The coffee was not the best (I'm a speciality coffee drinker) and I would rate the orange juice as 8/10. For me the orange juice at the breakfast tells a lot about the quality of the breakfast overall but this time was not the case. If you have a fresh pressed orange juice at breakfast then you get a 10/10 from me.

Pros:

A szoba és az elhelyezkedés.

Cons:

A lokalizáció remek, a szoba tiszta, VISZONT!!! Mélységes csalódással töltött el az, hogy egy ekkora szállodalánc nem rugalmas és nem mutat sok emberséget! A Booking.com-on keresztül foglaltam és előre fizettem a szobát, amelyet hirtelen betegség miatt szerettem volna lemondani, de sokszoros próbálkozásom ellenére sem hagyták jóvá a kérésem. Ekkor megpróbáltam másik időpontra áttenni a foglalásom, amelynél szintén nem jártam sikerrel, pedig olcsóbb lett volna akkor az ott tartózkodás és nem is kértem volna el a különbözetet. A szobát biztosan ki tudták volna adni az általam foglalt időpontban(tekintve az aznap megrendezett Metallica koncertre és az ekkor megnőtt foglalások számára). Főleg, hogy a hely remek lokalizációnak örvendhet a koncert helyszínére nézve. Sajnos csalódásom miatt nem fogok többször foglalni szobát ide és javaslom mindenkinek, hogy előre ne rendezze foglalását. Annyi azért szóljon mellette, hogy a szoba tiszta volna, mégha a mennyezet repedezett is).

Wir waren schon das 2 mal ihr Gast und werden sicher wieder diese Hotelkette bevorzugenl
Pros:

Frühstück sehr lecker und vielseitig.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und geduldig mit uns ....auch bei kleinen Problemen mit TV prompt und hilfreich.

Cons:

TV Programme nur sehr wenige auf Deutsch.
Sonst alles perfekt.
