The only decent thing about this hotel is its location, which obviously has nothing to do with what’s currently happening inside the hotel itself.

Cons:

After driving for more than 20 hours, all I wanted was to park my car nearby (which is exactly why I specifically requested parking when booking and also contacted the property afterward to stress how important it was), be checked in without dealing with a rude and visibly unhappy receptionist who moved at an incredibly slow pace, have at least something to eat from the minibar in the room, and finally relax in a clean space.

The staff are rude and unhelpful.

There is no parking, despite what was expected. We had to park on a nearby street and drag our suitcases to the hotel ourselves.

The minibars are completely empty.

There is no way to order or buy any food.

You’ll have to carry your own luggage because the staff will simply ignore you, just as they do if you ask for help with parking.

I wouldn’t recommend walking barefoot in the room—the floors are dirty, and there aren’t even any slippers provided. Honestly, you’re better off sleeping with your shoes on.

Terrible experience. Absolutely unacceptable. We will never come back.

חדרים מאובזים ברמה גבוהה, מזגן עובד מצויין שזה קריטי לגל החום השורר באירופה.
הצוות אדיב מאוד, ושירות החדרים יעיל ביותר.
שלחתי בקשה למלון לאחר ההזמנה לספק לי מיטה נוספת לילד; מצאתי בחדר מיטת נוער מאובזרת שיכולה לשמש אפילו לאדם מבוגר.
אין ספק שאחזור שוב!
