Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was happy to help me solve my problem. I didn't love a lot about it, to be honest.

Cons:

The first room smelled like Raid bug spray. Sheets had hairs embedded in them, and some crumbs or something.

I asked to move rooms, which they accommodated.

The next room smelled better. However the sheets were once again not perfectly clean.

Overall, for $250 for one night, this was a real bummer. Hotels should be the cleanest, most amazing place for one night at the price, and this was not.

Good hotel, be careful with billing however.
Pros:

The property and room was clean and adequate. Location was good and it was quiet. Staff was kind.

Cons:

Major issues with checking in and billing. Staff could not find my reservation and once they did, they placed a $685 hold on my card (full price of the room) despite the room being prepaid. It took 48 hours for them to refund the money. When I got home, I noticed an additional charge for $485 on my card. I called the hotel; however I was unable to reach the actual front desk and was told they would get a message to the manager and I would hear back in 48 hours. This means I will have that money gone from my account for at least another 4 days. I’m very unhappy with this. I also reserved and paid for a king suite and was told none were available. I was not offered a refund for this.

Would not recommend stay at this hotel for the rate we were charged, I will be trying for a partial
Pros:

Conference room that we rented for wedding rehearsal dinner and the staff that waited on us. Kitchen staff that cooked meals were great. Wait staff was great.

Cons:

Had to pay for Breakfast, homeless people camping out by back entrance and in the parking lot. We stayed four nights and had to call maintenance 3 different times for problems.
