Only one employee listened, Yolanda. She worked 5/25/2026, the day we checked out. Friday did not explain no hot
Cons:

For an access “Handicapped” room NO HOT water for shower or sink. Answer, “Yeah, too many rooms they don’t supply water in access rooms.” WHAT! Handicapped & their guest take showers too. Then moved us to another room the next day, did have hot water but not handicapped accessible in the restroom.

Cons:

The staff was overwhelmed. There was no hot water and no rooms were cleaned. The house keeping staff had left with out finishing there jobs. Had no room ready at my arrival. Front lady was nice,not her fault just everyone else's.

Will not stay here ever again

breakfast was ok room was ok parking was ridiculous I don't think I should have paid for parking since they had so many malfunctions. I even missed Mothers day dinner with my kids because we could not use the elevator

when we checked in they said that they shut the water off until 4:30 it was off for 4 days of the 6 days we were there, plus they were working on the ceiling at the location of breakfast. plus, the window in our room was broken we could here traffic and all the noise. the elevator was broken also they even had the maintenance guy from Homestead suites next door because they had no one available. they were telling people to go up the stairs, I was on the fifth floor and had a daughter who uses a wheelchair. our Fridge in the room did not get cold. the Front desk staff were rude did not care about the customer. I asked for quarters to wash, and they sent me to the Homestead Next door or told us to go the liquor store down the street. the lady that checked me out said she could not give me a statement I needed to ask booking.com

Pros:

Breakfast was just okay. I was dissatisfied with paying for parking. Most hotel of this size with large outdoor parking lots DO NOT charge for parking. So I will check on that first next time I travel, and for that reason I will not stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

I did not like paying for parking since the hotel had ample outside parking. I felt this was a ripoff and will not stay there again when I travel to San Diego. Also the location right off a major freeway was a turnoff . Even though I was on the 5th floor I could hear cars racing off all night long. They should put in soundproof windows for rooms facing the freeway.
