The room next to us were noisy. The flat sheet on the bed did not fit so it was coming off while I was sleeping

Okay for the price
Pros:

Very conveniently located off the highway. We stayed there again on our return from Canada. Staff is very accomodating to requests and pleasant to converse.

Cons:

Our first night had us staying on the 2nd floor, entrance through the lobby and we were satisfied with the entrance, hallway and room. On our second stay coming back from Canada, our rooms were in the back of the hotel. The entrance needed sweeping/vacuuming, the hallway was dingy and stained carpeting, the room had dirt in the corners - not well cleaned.

Front end staff was exceptional and they were pet friendly

The halls stairs and rugs were dirty , no elevators not even a dumb waiter for luggage

it was great! the bar was fun & the staff were awesome

It was quite & there wasn’t a bunch of chaos going on, the pool was very warm & the bed was super comfortable

Pros:

We got in late after our flight was delayed, and the hotel staff was happy to come pick us up in the shuttle - free of charge! The room was clean and extremely comfortable, and though it wasn't included we really enjoyed having breakfast at the Blue Sky Lounge.

Great location..friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast only at the restaurant!! Coffee only at the front desk. No microwave and no coffee in rooms. Very small fridge.
Good hot shower..nice towels.
Very noisy people in the next room...barking dog.

Cons:

People in the next room..can't understand with such a large facility why they put a noisy person with a big dog in the next room.??

Cons:

Our roo. Was next to one of the entrances. All night long you could here the door slam shut . The last time I heard it was 3 am a d then it started all over again at 5 am . No sleep at all..
