Dissatisfied, but the price was reasonable
Cons:

Coffee in the pot would’ve been nice. Finding one of the two employees to check in in less than 30 minutes would’ve been nice instead of the bartenders having to hunt them down. We were given three towel sets when we reserved for four people…

Pros:

Good location and amazing staff

Cons:

No soundproofing in the rooms at all. Our dog is very reactive to noise and the entire night even if someone walked past the room in the hallway, we could hear it and he would start barking. We. Couldn't sleep at all in the night

we enjoyed our stay we just think the rooms need a bit more attention

Cons:

My dresser had a broken handle and the door needs to be painted it looked a bit run down. My sister said her sheets on one bed did not smell clean so she moved to the other bed that was fine,

Overall I enjoy my stay. Would definitely come back.
Pros:

The pool was amazing, very warm water.
Bed was very comfortable, slept well. Also very quiet.

Cons:

Wish it had a coffee machine, and microwave in room.

Not “Grande”!
Pros:

Location near airport. Airport shuttle. Swimming pool (I didn't use however).

Cons:

This place is not “Grande”, it’s old, tacky and a bit creepy. Mattress was too soft. Pervasive odor of cleaning supplies.

The air conditioner was temperature control by the switch on the wall.
