Centrally located hotel—definitely its strongest feature. The rooms are large, and the kitchenette was extremely useful for preparing quick meals and snacks while traveling with a child. Excellent value for money if you're visiting Orlando and plan to spend most of your time exploring the parks and attractions rather than staying at the hotel.

Cons:

I only had breakfast for one day, so I don't think it's worth it. There isn't much variety. The hotel was undergoing renovations, and some areas were not as clean as expected. Housekeeping was only provided upon request and was quite basic. There was also a police visit during our stay, and the staff could not explain the situation, which was somewhat unsettling. However, everything was normal afterward, and no further issues occurred.

Cons:

It looked like the hotel was being renovated. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, the main light didn’t work, and the fire detector was almost falling out of the ceiling.

Pros:

Great location near the outlets and restaurants. The beds are comfortable, although the pillows are not the most comfortable for resting. The staff are incredible.

Cons:

Cleanliness is not the hotel’s strongest point. I saw almost three cockroaches during my stay.

Staff was very kind and respectful

Cons:

We were first put in a room that was under construction without any notice then given a downgrade that was the same price. Our clothes still smelled bad after washing them in the laundry room and the hot tub was out of service.

Durante nossa estadia, achamos o hotel muito silencioso, o que nos proporcionou excelentes noites de sono, mesmo estando em um quarto de frente para a área da piscina. Tudo foi muito agradável e extremamente limpo. Todos os funcionários foram muito solícitos e atenciosos. Tivemos uma ótima experiência!

Pros:

Do novo piso pois antes era carpete. De terem tirado a banheira do banheiro, pois achava escorregadia. Dos funcionários falando português. Dos colchões bem confortáveis.

Cons:

Senti falta de cabide no banheiro pra pendurar roupas molhadas da piscina e toalhas também molhadas.
Não entendo porque os hotéis na namora só tem luz de abajoures!! Fica escuro o quarto durante o dia. Poderia ter as duas opções. Uma luz branca de Led. Quem não gosta não acende.
