Just had a well needed relaxed few days here
Pros:

Everything at this hotel was excellent from staff, check in , accommodations offered, breakfast and especially the cleanliness of the whole hotel the scent of the place says it alone and the relaxation in the hot tub is a must loved it .... will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to people 👌

Cons:

Price change , price went up and Maybe the price can be dropped a little more often

Cons:

The blanket needed to change. It look old. The room smells old. The soap, shampoo was really low. They didn’t refill it. They didn’t explain that they take out a $100 deposit when you checked in

The hotel is old and in a sketchy neighborhood. The first room we were given on the second floor reeked of marijuana. They changed our room after we complained. While the rooms are decently clean, everything is outdated. The breakfast was described as 'excellent,' but it was just three slices of bread, butter, and jam. Also, the Wi-Fi never worked

This hotel is definitely not worth the money. It's far from the city center and located in an unsafe area. Don't be fooled by the pictures online. It gives off a 'stylish little boutique hotel' vibe, but in reality, it's just a run-down motel style place where everything is outdated. The elevators feel like time machines. When we told the staff the Wi-Fi wasn't working, they literally replied, 'Well, it works for me.' As for breakfast, they only bring out fruit and bread counted exactly per person. Get ready for a breakfast that doesn't even have cream cheese. Stay far away from this place.

The stay was generally good since I was only there for one night.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. The location was okay, but we encountered a few homeless people in the parking lot, and I don't really like that because it now feels like an unsafe area that I wouldn't want to book again.

Cons:

I didn't like that the staff didn't return my driver's license, and I had to drive all the way back to San Jose to pick it up. Now I don't trust them because they could use or steal my identity. I will not recommend this area to other people.

Good but need improvements in regards to your appliances!
Pros:

I have not utilized the breakfast yet, so I cannot say anything!

Cons:

Want to specify why I gave a 6 as score. I have stayed at this hotel more than five times and one of those times, the Tv control did not work, the second time the Tv did not work and this last stay the coffee maker did not work. Thus, you should pay more attention to your appliances. Besides I suggest to provide water, at least two bottles because the price per night is not cheap, we the guests pay enough to deserve at least watter to prepare our coffee!!

Would not stay again because of location
Pros:

Spa and pool were wonderful . The lobby was nicely decorated and very inviting. The room was modern and nice. Exercise equipment was good.

Cons:

The location sucked. No restaurants nearby.

Pros:

I liked how clean the rooms are. Easy access to everything! But I don't think i would stay here again.

I was not a fan of the pool.. other than it being too small.. It was like salty 😕 my girls jumped in and got right out.

Great value for the price!
Pros:

Great price, nice staff. Cozy bed. Shampoo smelled amazing!! Beautiful building on the outside, office is nice.

Cons:

Not a fan of the breakfast options. Non of the 3 usb outlets in the room did not work. I couldn’t charge my phone. Room was stuffy when we arrived but when I put the AC on it was fine after.

Pros:

Excelente relación calidad-precio. El hotel tiene una fachada muy bonita, un lobby agradable y habitaciones amplias. La ubicación es conveniente y el personal fue amable. En general, las instalaciones transmiten una muy buena impresión.

Cons:

El baño de mi habitación tenía mal olor. La llave de la ducha estaba dañada y giraba sin funcionar correctamente, no había agua caliente y la cortina de la ducha estaba rota. Además, el desayuno fue el punto más débil: muy poca variedad y los huevos y las salchichas tenían una calidad bastante baja

La majorité du personnel était très aimable et serviable.

Cons:

Certaines expériences ont été décevantes. Par exemple, j’ai été réveillé au milieu de la nuit pour récupérer mes bagages arrivés de l’aéroport. Une fois descendu à la réception, on m’a demandé de retourner dans ma chambre pour chercher ma pièce d’identité, Par ailleurs, lorsque j'ai demandé l'envoie de la facture que j'ai demandée via booking, il m’a été répondu de contacter Booking directement, sans assistance supplémentaire. Ces situations ont laissé une impression moins positive de la qualité du service. »
