Pros:

Zentrale Lage, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit bei Problemen, diese wurde schnell behoben, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet auch bei Zöliakie geeignet

Cons:

Daunen Bettwäsche, nicht Allergiker geeignet, unsere Betten im Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, da das Leder/Kunstleder am Bett abgepröckelt ist.
Renovierungsarbeiten während unserem Aufenthalt
Leider war der Pool und Sauna Zutritt nicht kostenlos und pro Person pro Tag 15 Euro, was sehr viel ist

Was die Zimmer betrifft ist das preis Leistungsniveau nicht gut

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Bar und das Restaurant auch gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind teilweise, ich weiß nicht wie ich es anders beschreiben soll, abgeranzt. Wir sind, nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten auf ein Upgrade Zimmer gekommen, das war in Ordnung.

Pros:

Location was great. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, which made it easy to find a place for food.

Cons:

In one of our rooms, there was an open shower, or at least it has a glass door so people could look through it. And to get to the toilet, we needed to walk by the shower, so it could get awkward if someone is taking a shower at that time.

Ontspannend, aangenaam en lekker
Pros:

Ons reisdoel was culinaire 2 daagse on ‘Little Tokyo’ waren al verschillende keren in Düsseldorf hiervoor maar eerste maal gekozen voor het Clayton Hotel. Het hotel heeft een ideale ligging centraal in little
Tokyo, Japanse restaurants op wandel afstand net als die Stadtsmitte. Ondanks vooraf gelezen reviews vonden we de kamer zeer net en comfortabel en alles werkte naar behoren. We hadden een kamer op de 8 ste verdieping en 1 verdieping hoger was Sauna, Turks stoombad en zwembad. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen en zeer verzorgd en in orde alles voorhanden. Komen zeker terug.

Cons:

Er was niks dat ons niet beviel, enkel in het begin gesukkel met het liftsysteem, het was ons niet uitgelegd. Je diende kamersleutel ertegen te houden en dan de gewenste verdieping te kiezen, zochten aanvankelijk tevergeefs naar de verdieping keuze.

Zentral in Bahnhofsnähe gelegen aber trotzdem angenehm. Stilvolle Ausstattung und supernetter Service.

Es war immer dreckig im gang und in der dusche zudem ist der wasser druck extrem niedrig....
2tv im zimmer was ja super ist aber mit 2tv geräten wenn beide tv ein und auschalten ist nicht toll. Deutsche sender sind viel zuweit oben

地理位置很好，到哪里都可以步行，很方便。

酒店电梯都在一个位置，离房间很远，需要走几分钟才能到，推着行李不是很方便。楼梯只是紧急情况才能使用，繁忙时段在低楼层等到的电梯都是满员的，需要很久才能上电梯。不能自行走楼梯的设计有些愚蠢。打扫卫生也有些混乱，第一天下午5点回来，发现正在打扫卫生，需要在走廊等待。然而第二天8点就来敲门，说要打扫卫生，8点应该没有多少人离开房间外出了吧？
