Zentrale Lage
Techniker hat Heizgerät gebracht, weil es zu kühl war.

Fijn hotel voor lang of kort verblijf - zeker doen!
Pros:

Het personeel is altijd heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer (jr suite) was heel fijn ingericht: zit- en slaapgedeelte van elkaar afgeschermd. Een complete zithoek. Ruime badkamer en apart toilet. Maar alle soorten kamer zijn daar helemaal prima en op alle kamers zijn de bedden en kussens erg fijn. Ik bezoek Düsseldorf de afgelopen jaren regelmatig en blijf altijd bij dit Clayton hotel terugkomen omdat alles klopt, ook de locatie.

Cons:

De airco op de kamer was stuk en er kon geen raam open. Hierdoor was het 's nachts erg warm. Ook waren er nog wat details in de kamer zoals de deurhandel van de badkamer die loskwam en een vitting ontbrak in een lamp. Het was dus niet optimaal, maar het personeel (zowel front desk als ook technische dienst) waren erg behulpzaam en oplossingsgericht. Vandaar dat dit geen grote impact heeft op mijn beoordeling van de faciliteiten. Wat meer impact daarop heeft is het koude zwembadwater, brrrr.

Le personnel est super accueillant, l’emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre la gare centrale ou le centre de Düsseldorf à pied. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié

Sehr stressig und unangenehm. Für 1000€ war der Aufenthalt eine Katastrophe. Die Mitarbeiter vom Clayton haben das Ganze

Die Lage ist super und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und geduldig!

Cons:

Klimaanlage defekt, Techniker konnte nichts beheben, Zimmer konnte nicht gewechselt werden und das bei 32Grad Tagestemperaturen. Einzige Antwort „nehmen wir zur Kentniss“ obwohl in diesem Fall eine Preisreduktion fällig wäre.

Perfecte locatie voor bezoek Japanse wijk
Pros:

De ligging was perfect voor bezoek aan de Japanse wijk. Rustige en confortabele kamer met fijne douche.

Cons:

Service viel tegen. Twee maal melding gemaakt dat koffiezet apparaat op kamer niet naar behoren werkte maar werd niks mee gedaan.
