Dusseldorf visit
Pros:

Location is great and very walkable to Aldstadt (Old Town) and the Rhine. The local area has loads of Chinese, Japanese and Vietnese restaurants.
The hotel is more focused on business travel so very nice but plain at same time. Nice bar area. We did not visit the spa, albeit this did look great.

Cons:

We arrived early evening. Restaurant (and local restaurants it turned out) closed early with no bar food options, the staff did not have any suggestions to local restaurant options that would be available. After finding somewhere to eat, bar staff would not serve a drink although the bar still had many finishing off drinks and did not offer any option. We found the vending machine serving some alcoholic drinks on way back to the lifts. Not all staff were like this but enough to give the impression of being mechanical not helpful.

Mistakenly charged and misleady room photos
Pros:

The breakfaat was fantastic, so many options. And the location was great.

Cons:

First of all, they charged us for the usage of the pool but when i checked our booking, we booked a junior suite and it says in the website that it is free for the junior suite! That staff even tried to tell us that our 4 yr old kid needs to pay extra 5 euro for tge pool! The 6 euro tax they charged us double too!! We talked to the other staffs and they said that the one assisted us was a trainee. But why would they let a trainee decide for the payments if she is not really competent enough! The room was ok but the aircon was not working. And the bathroom waa misleading in the photo. There is no bathtub in the junior suite. I honestly dont know if they gave us the right room!!

Cons:

На сніданку коли їла лосось до рота разом з рибою потрапило скло, такого сервісу я ще не бачила!! На таку спеку +38 на дворі, в отелі не працюв кондиціонер, за 320 євро за два дні - персонал приніс вентилятор який взагалі не виправив ситуацію, дуже не задоволена сервісом
