Impecable, limpieza extrema, las chicas que hacían las habitaciones un 10, muy atentas y dejaban las habitaciones impecable. la ubicación del hotel excelente y los recepcionistas nos ayudaron y asesoraron en todo.

Consiglio questo hotel sia per la posizione, che per lo staff che è molto disponibile a soddisfare il cliente.
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione strategica per chi deve visitare la città. Hotel è pulito, camere accoglienti, colazione buona.

Good hotel but loud door slamming
Pros:

Clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Not enough selection for breakfast for the cost. The room doors are heavy and very loud. I was awaken EVERY night by late guests slamming doors next to us. Staff needs to tell incoming guests not to let to doors to close hard especially late at night. I was not happy!!

Excellent 3 star hotel
Pros:

Hotel is in excellent location. Close to plaza Cataluya, restaurants and brand stores. Room was clean. Staff is friendly. Luis at the front desk helpful with directions and was kind to help open the room door. Very nice and tasty breakfast. Jimena one of the breakfast attendants kept the food ready and the buffet presentable. Also, in the afternoon they served sangria.
