The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom, shower, toilet, bath towels, and hand towels were all excellent.
My TV set had no signal on many channels.
We were there for 3 1/2 months while my son was getting cancer treatment. While the hotel is a little old it is very clean and the rooms kept up. The bathroom did not give me the heebie jeebies and I am picky on my hotel bathrooms. The hotel rooms are a basic room and bathroom with a small fridge and microwave. The staff are very friendly and helpful. they worked very hard to accommodate every ones needs. Housekeeping was wonderful, they would pick up the extra trash we generated as needed and always willing to bring extra towels or toilet paper. The front desk was willing to work with us when we ran into insurance problems and always treated us with respect. The $5 breakfast is filling and tasty. We had as delightful a stay as possible when getting treated for cancer. The neighborhood is just off the I 5 and is definitely not residential. There is a fire/ambulance station nearby and there were a lot of sirens and traffic noise. We had no problems while we were there. On site laundry services were a big plus as was being within walking distance (.7 of a mile ) of the Light Rail, half a mile from a Walgreens and .3 of a mile from a Target.
I needed the handicap accessible room with the walk in shower. It was a fantastic experience (again*)
I guess since I always keep my windows shuttered tight, the fact my potential view was another wall is hilarious, but I liken it to added security.
Also the walls & ceiling/floor above are paper thin. You can easily hear and make out 'Regular conversation' in the next rooms over/above.

The location was the only thing that I can say was good.
When I got there, it was placed into a room that the plumbing did not work. After several attempts to unclog the toilet, the maintenance man had me go down to the office with him to Translate because the office could not speak Spanish. Thank goodness I was able to speak both languages and I relate to the staff that the maintenance man said we needed a new room. Mind you this was at 10 o’clock at night after we had already settled down and unpacked all of our things. The staff was very unprofessional did not apologize and did not seem to care that we had feces in our toilet that would not go down let alone have to pick up and move all of our stuff after a 6 Hour drive to their facility. When we got settled in our new room, I tried to use the restroom and again realize the toilet in our new room would not flush. The sink would hardly drain and when I called the office to report this, they laughed. My mother was on her monthly cycle as well just to throw that in there and the toilet was left with blood. Why should I have to tolerate this?! The staff was merely teenagers, very immature. No hospitality. When I tried to reach your manager, I was told I would be called and no one called. I went down three separate times to speak to someone in charge and never got a hold of anybody. We had to stay like that in that hotel for the 2 1/2 days we were there in town. When I finally was able to reach a manager on my way out, she said there was nothing she could do because I made my reservation through Booking.com. Never again will I schedule any bookings through Booking.com and never again will I trust their judgment on a hotel. I will go to Google and let everyone know about how awful this hotel is, and I also would recommend my family not to use this application. My trip was for medical reasons for my daughter. This was not a trip for leisure and fun and not being able to use the toilet in a hotel room that I paid almost $400 for two nights is unacceptable to me.
The bed was very comfortable and inviting and also the lighting. I felt very safe in my room, which was mostly quiet. I wish I could've stayed longer. The location is great. Very close to several eateries and gas stations. I believe it is in walking distance from the Northgate rail station.
Water was either not an option or far away. There is a water station in the lobby. I had been fighting with dehydration before and after hospitalization so having drinking water would have been awesome in the room. However I was given some bottles of water at front desk so I'd have something. After check in, I walked over to 7/11 and grabbed what I needed. The store was clean and well maintained also
Price was good
Facility is old and floors are uneven and squeaky and it was a little noisy from outside sirens and inside from people overhead walking across the floor at 2 am
Friendly staff
No breakfast anymore and a very loud area
Stayed there many times always good experience
Bed was a bit hard but I survived
Stayed one night. Room was fine. Only one shocking surprise after checkout is that there were 7 (seven) transactions on my Visa card for ONE overnight stay. Only informed of a $75 deposit on check-in. Never handed a printed receipt on checkout. Breakfast ought to be included but they charge $5.
Also, I feel I was overcharged for a meal at the adjacent Saffron restaurant. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay
Clean, updated motel used mostly by patients at the nearby hospital. Used to serve a good, hot, free breakfast. No longer good donut shop very near.
We were disappointed with our stay at this property. We are lifelong Best Western customers and were surprised at the run-down condition of our room. The heater made an intermittent howling noise, and there was only one worn out office chair in a double occupancy room. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken and hanging at a 45 degree angle AND there is a $10/day charge for parking. Half the time the parking spaces close to our unit (that we paid for) were taken by restaurant patrons. We've stayed at BW in Hawaii (The Pioneer Inn which unfortunately burned in Lahaina), Medford Oregon, and all over Italy and have always had very pleasant stays. Not so much here.
