Decent hotel. I felt it was a bit pricier for the age of the hotel.

A pleasant, convenient place to stay.
Pros:

Close to downtown and convenient to the Interstate, quiet, safe, clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff and quick communication. Hot breakfast was great. We are repeat guests and look forward to staying the next time we are in town.

It served our purpose for the reason we needed a hotel in Raleigh.
Pros:

The eggs and the grits were cold. Locations was perfect for why we were visiting Raleigh. We did have ants in our room and we were able to change rooms with no hassle at all.

Cons:

The hotel looks tired. It needs a remodel! It was clean though!

The staff was very friendly the place was clean, but older. We enjoyed time by the pool.

The air conditioning wasn't great and I was really bothered that the outside doors to the building did not lock at night.
