A fine place to stay while in the area.
Pros:

Good location for a visit to NC State. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Facility is aging. Room keys failed multiple times. Sink was loose, but functional.

Only thing good was price and location.
Pros:

They bad no quiet time and the adjoining room next to us had the tv on very loud all night and staff couldn’t wake the guy to turn off the tv. Will not be staying here again.

Cons:

They said they have no idea about what quiet time is.

Can't get comfortable in that room due to the musty smell, everything just felt dirty or sticky

The mattress was comfortable

Lobby, halls and guestroom were all very musty, smelled like mold. All aspects need to be updated.

Five stars!! Highly recommend!!
Pros:

This property is wonderful. It is conveniently located with ample parking. When you walk through the front doors you are greeted upon entry by friendly front desk personnel. The lobby/reception area is beautiful with a step down fireplace area which is nice to hang out and relax or get a little work done. I believe a bar is available on the weekends.
The rooms are immaculate. Bedding and pillows are great. It's the little touches like the extra restroom items (soaps, shampoo etc) I can't recall what is all there to list but it is above what other hotels offer. There is the Kuerig coffee maker and blow dryer as well as a work desk.
The hotel itself is built in a big rectangle with the inside of the rectangle featuring a beautiful courtyard, outdoor spaces to relax, gazebo and pool which is ADA accessible with a lift. There are also large reception rooms available for meeting/parties. It is convenient to NC State and within walking distance of the football stadium/concert venues.
Breakfast is provided near the lobby area. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, grits, hot coffee etc.
I have been staying at this property on a regular basis for over 17 years when I travel for work. It has recently undergone many upgrades with beautiful new furniture and nice decor. The staff are exemplary with assistance. The manager Cynthia and her employees are wonderful. Many of these people have been there since I have been staying there so that says something! This property treats people well and goes above and beyond for veterans which I can attest to.
Sorry for rambling on, I just really like this property and would very highly recommend it.
