It was good overall staff was ok food was ok
Pros:

The conjuring rooms were good for my family and me

Good overall beside key card mis haps
Pros:

Nice parking lot,pool, room, buffet breakfast were all nice

Cons:

No one at front desk at check in (7pm) waited 15 min for someone to return.
When key cards were given and walked to my room on 2nd floor keys did not work. Had to go back to front desk and he redid the key card and walked back to Room and they did not work AGAIN! Had to walk back a 2nd time down to desk and he followed me up and when he did it one key worked and the other didn't. When we retired the one that worked, then that didn't work so we had to get a new key card made up and that was frustrating.

Staff was great. Accommodations could use improvement.

Very dated but friendly staff
Pros:

Very convenient and rooms are big. Staff very friendly. Free breakfast. Clean linen.

Cons:

The hotel is very dated and it shows everywhere. The rooms were neat but not as clean as I expected. You could still see a lot of old dust and debris that just hasn’t been inspected. And I saw a tubberware lid behind the fridge that was left from previous customer. The smell was very musty as a dated place with carpets would smell. The breakfast seemed like frozen food warmed. Nothing fresh, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Okay stay
Pros:

Check in was easy. They let us check in at 11. She was very nice and made sure we knew where everything thing was. The breakfast good and the lady that over that was very personable and friendly. We didnt get in the pool but it was nice

Cons:

The hotel is very dated. The halls smelled like the carpet was dirty and misty. The rooms furniture had seen better days. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. That was the lowest toilet ive seen. The shower didn't get very warm and the pressure was low. The halls and room were very dim. But, no bugs which was very good
