Incredible hotel next to the baseball and football stadium but needs the Mayor and Police to step up enforcement of basi
Pros:

The remodel of the rooms, I was in 7 th floor is remarkable. A game changer. Pizza/Sandwich shop in the lobby delicious and the breakfast at the yard first rate and good value.

Cons:

I didn’t live the unruly kids on motorbikes roaming around right in front of the police. It’s dangerous and clearly against the law. No helmets, lights, turn signals and very dangerous driving. It’s not the hotel’s fault but will stop people returning.

Great experience beside an unexpected charge of $39 to park at the hotel we stayed overnight at.
Pros:

Clean, close to ballpark!

Cons:

We were very disappointed to get a charge for parking at the hotel parking deck. We were not aware of it. They didn’t tell us at checkin:( Gave us a parking pass with know discussion:/ We did call them when we got our credit card bill but they wouldn’t refund. We were not happy with that!

Camden yards Trip.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Gorgeous Hotel. Many dining options and right in the city. Went to see Orioles/Red Sox game. Took only 3 minutes to walk from the Hotel to the gate at Camden Yards..Perfect!!!

Cons:

No complaints at all. Will definitely be back.

When in Baltimore we will be staying here
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and always read to help. Staff always greeted you and spoke with you. Treated you like family and not just another person. I have been all over the world and wish other hotels we like this one.

Pros:

The walk to the stadium was easy and well lit. The hotel was also close to the harbor. There was a free water fountain that we used to refill our water bottles. I liked that they had a little concenience store for guests. Staff was friendly. I also liked how you needed your room card to come in through the side entrance or go up the elevator. It made me feel a little safer.

Cons:

For the price of the hotel they really should have complimentary breakfast. I liked that they had quick food and a microwave at the snack bar but having to interrupt staff to buy stuff felt like I was being bothersome cause I could see how busy they were. Perhaps a self pay option would be cool.

Almost everything was wonderful
Pros:

Staff where extremely nice and helpful. Everyone was very pleasant.

Cons:

Only one of four elevators working after a walkoff win by the Orioles. (Walkoff as in all 40,000 fans left the ball park at the same time) Our room was on the sixth floor. One in our party utilizes a walker. We waited over 45 minutes for a car only to have another in our party panic when attempting to enter the car because of the amount of people trying to get on. My 71 year old mother was forced to walk up six flights of stairs. I was unable to locate adequate working vending machines after searching every floor via the stairs to purchase a snack for them to take nightly medication.

Excellent choice. Would stay again if I needed to be in that area.
Pros:

If you're doing anything in the Camden Yard/Inner Harbor area, this is a great place to stay. Everything is easily walkable and convenient. Not many breakfast spots meaning your best bet is the hotel restaurant. (The breakfast was good but typically pricy being that it was in the hotel.) Everything else is covered.

Cons:

My key card kept losing access to my room. It would work in the elevator and other doors, just not my room. We even had it rekeyed and would work once, then not again. Luckily my family member's worked.
