Location near concert venue
2-1/2 hour wait in check in line. No clean rooms yet. Had to get ready in our car. 45 min wait in line to get room key at 1:30. So check in time was Saturday 4pm. Actually got into our room at Sunday 2am
Room was clean and comfortable.
Check in was atrocious and took 2.5 hours in a line of chaos. We checked out by 7am the next morning, skipping our pre paid breakfast, to avoid the same situation. If I had been able to cancel last minute, it would have made more sense to drive home after our event than spending money on a hotel room we were only able to use for a few short hours.
Had the worst experience here this past weekend. There was a Morgan Wallen concert we were going too, as well as like 10,000+ others. This hotel is within walking distance of Orioles Park and M&T Bank Stadium, so assuming the staff knew of this event, this Marriott was extremely unprepared. We arrived around 4:15pm, check in started at 4, there was a line around the lobby TWICE for people to check in. We waited 3 hours in line just for check in, for them to say they didn’t even have any clean rooms? We booked this reservation in November of last year, so this was unbelievable. Once we DID get a room, we had to rush to the concert. We were lucky to even get a room, as we saw many others after the concert still trying to check in. The staff should be better trained for this sort of thing, considering there are large events in that area weekly. Dissapointed to say the least, and won’t be returning.
The location to M and T was perfect. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable! The shower had good water pressure. There is coffee and water in the lobby. Parking was on property!
The room was clean and modern. However there was not a trash can anywhere in the room. There also was not a coffee maker. There were cups and coffee bags but no maker. There was not any soap dispensers in the shower. The bottles were missing. I also found it odd there was not a box of tissues in the room. These are minor things but I found it odd. I had to call housekeeping and they brought up a coffee maker and garbage pail. The door to the room was difficult to open as well. Again minor but strange.
Absolutely do not stay at this hotel- we were here for a concert and waited in line 3 hours to check in. They were understaffed at best and they were stepping out from behind the counter to collect delivered groceries and take selfies. We missed the first part of the concert- in addition the hotel is in disrepair.

Booked hotel room from Friday-Sunday for anniversary trip to see the Orioles play. I’ve stayed in many Marriott hotels around the states and have had excellent stays. When we arrived and got to our room, pillows were tossed all over the bed, bugs and lint on the floor, it smelled terrible, and then when we checked the bathroom we found more bugs, a dirty shower and someone’s stool in the toilet. Immediately took this to a “supervisor” and all he said was oh that’s a oopsie; free breakfast on me and I’ll get yall another room. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. We arrived to our second room which smelled like nothing but chemicals. Worst experience so far and would not recommend the money spent here!
First they tried putting me in a smaller room than i booked. They didn't clean my room even after me asking and I had to ask for new towels 4 different times.
Location! The pizza and bar were great
I love this Marriott and we stay there a lot . The employees are great and really friendly . Problem is that 2 times I have gone there recently , and we did not have hot water . The last time this happened, we paid for a suite and also paid extra for the consigliere lounge for breakfast. When they moved us, because of cold water only, they moved us to a smaller room and took the breakfast lounge off of us!! It really upset me. Yesterday, when we realized we didn’t have hot water again , it was late in the evening and we were too tired to play the moving game , if the offered, so …. We took freezing cold showers. I ran that shower for 35 mins and the water never got warm. I don’t know what’s happening here . It’s really sad because from going there so much , it feels like home. It’s where everybody knows your name. I don’t know if I will go back again.
The location was convenient
The staff was unprofessional. I never got the room i originally booked or compensation for their errors
Close to events
Toilet paper holder broken when checked into room
Great location, comfortable, clean.
So loud at night
Location to venue
Construction cleanup crews outside window were NOISY at 6 AM!
Pleasant service experience. Shout out to Tiffany! I was helped by Tiffany the PBX Operator. She was patient and efficient as she helped me set up my stay with my parents and kids. Thank you! Looking forward to staying here again.

Do Not Stay Here... Was woken up at 7am to loud banging beating coming from the room above us that carried on for almost 2 hours. Called front desk to complain because I have been up because of this loud evasive and repetitive loud banging slamming. The front desk even could hear it over phone and said was sending security. 6mins later knock at door explaing there doing construction on the floor above me but had the nerve to put us in a room knowing this would happen at 7am on Saturday moring but offered no reimbursement nor ask them to start at a reasonable time or in another area where guests are not sleeping. I've contacted Marriott also with a complaint.
