Die Lage ist gut. Wer gerne zu Fuß läuft schafft es in 30 min ins Zentrum. Tram und U Bahn nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Leider entsprechen die Angaben des Hotels nicht der Realität. Die Einrichtung ist sehr heruntergekommen, was noch in Ordnung wäre, wenn es wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre. Wer gerne Ratespiele spielt, ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt diverse Flecken auf dem Teppich, Sesseln, Wand und Decke um die Entstehung zu vermuten. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Geändert hat sich nur die Anzahl der Flecken und neue Kaputte Gegenstände. Die Lüftung im Bad lief ununterbrochen und sorgte für Zigarettenrauch im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage sorgte hier nur minimal für bessere Luft. Das Fenster war kaputt und konnte somit nicht zum Lüften genutzt werden. Bei der Info ans Personal sagte man uns, dass die Lüftung normalerweise von selber nachts ausgehen sollte. Man würde dem Techniker Bescheid geben. Es kam niemand. Das Zimmer roch weiter stark nach Zigarettenrauch, ebenso wie der Eingangsbereich des Hotels. Hier war im angeblichen Nichtraucherhotel, der Raucherbereich direkt vor dem Eingang.
Im Bad krabbelten Silberfischchartige Tierchen, so wie Schimmelansätze an diversen Ecken und Übergängen.
Auch das restliche Hotel wirkte nicht so, als ob ein erneuter Zimmerwechsel eine Lösung sei. Somit mussten wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen frühzeitig abreisen. Mit Asthma ist dieses Hotel eine Zumutung. Auf unsere Anfrage wurden wir von Penta Hotels mit einer billigen Ausrede auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt für eine Klärung vertröstet. Booking ignoriert einen bisher komplett.

Big and clean room, comfy bed. Reception is nice with things to do, eat and drinks. Location was good
Corridors near the rooms were very dark and scary. A better design would give a better impression. Elevator were slow.
