The beds crucified our backs! After 2nd night we were in a bad way! It affected the rest of the holiday. USB port broken in bedroom.

Pros:

I've stayed there before, great location but this time we didn't have hot water or any water in the shower for 3 days of our stay. No compensation from the staff. It's a shame I had great experiences in the past but after this I will never stay there again.

Agréable
Pros:

Hôtel rénové, chambre suffisamment spacieuse, propre et agréable, literie très confortable. Table à repasser sur le palier. Petit déjeuner varié

Only cold showers for 3 days.

Cons:

I’ve stayed at this property 6-7 different times. Every stay it has gone more down hill. I only continued to book this spot because of the location, but never again! We had our booking for 3 nights and the hot water didn’t work at all! Wasn’t able to take a hot shower this entire stay! Was never offered a solution, unacceptable. I’ll never stay at another Penta property again.

Różnorodne śniadania z dużym wyborem produktów; parking miejski obok hotelu, niestety hotel ma tylko kilka miejsc dla gości; dobra komunikacja z centrum miasta i starówką (tramwaj pod hotelem)

Cons:

Łazienka słabo sprzątnięta, pod prysznicem zostały włosy po poprzednich gościach. Na budynku od stony podwórka zainstalowane na ścianach hotelu jakieś urządzenia, które huczały do 3-ciej nad ranem (pewnie od klimatyzacji).

Overall it was an okay stay and doesn’t feel worth for the money you pay and cleanliness which they maintained in the ro
Pros:

The property location is good and quite close to Brussels midi station and other touristic places to visit. The staff was really helpful and they helped in keeping the luggage before checkin and after checkout. It has a beautiful lobby in the reception with bar and restaurant. It even has some board games to spend some leisure time. The room was quite spacious with all facilities in washroom like toiletries and towels. There are many cafes, coffee shops and restaurants close by. Also there are some late night stores near by.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was very dirty with stains everywhere which felt bit uncomfortable. You don’t feel like walking barefoot and the bed was uncomfortable. Though I had booked a standard double room with double bed. The bed provided was just a joint twin beds which clearly made quite discomfort in the middle section. The beds were not soft enough and felt quite hard. Even the quilt was not double sized, they were two single quilts and feels neglected when you have already booked a std double room.
The room had an AC which makes very loud noise when it’s operating and felt disturbing during night when you are in deep sleep.
