Very nice comfortable room .
Pros:

Walking distance to town . Loved the pool .

Cons:

The breakfast was not good. There was only one waitress with no d patience . She was very stressed out and needed help. Not at all worth the money and it’s was upsetting seeing her work alone and be so stressed . I was shocked not Hilton like . Won’t do that again.

When we arrived, I requested a shower chair to be put in our junior suite. It was very expensive room. When I got back to the room that night, very late there was no shower chair. Due to a disability, I am required to use a shower chair for medical purposes. Also, the front desk told us that there would be a trolley available to take us to and from the racetrack, which, in fact, there was no trolley. At a hotel of that size the front desk should be aware of transportation as they do not have a concierge. I requested compensation for the lack of the medical necessary, shower chair and was told that a manager would get in touch with me. No one has gotten in touch with me to date.

Clean friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast was awkward. Seemed short staffed and most of the Buffett was burnt food. Other guests nearby had also complained about wait time for coffee or service. I selected to have breakfast included with stay and had received a bill for same separately so that lead to an awkward interaction.

-Terrible parking
-Paid for the breakfast buffet and there was ZERO food available at 9 am. When it runs from 7-11 am.
-You can year every door thats being shut.
-vent in bathroom covered with dust

Proabably would not go back or recommend.
Pros:

Room was fine. Watched Q4 of the Knicks game in the Bistro bar with a night cap which was OK too.

Cons:

The included breakfast on Sunday was a bit of a disaster. Someone on staff had called in sick so they were super short staffed.
There was no food on the buffet and general mayhem. People waiting just for coffee.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for tables for just 2 of us to be seated.

We got the last 2 strips of bacon, one sausage and a single pancake and made the best of it.
The couple behind us were livid.

If we had to pay the $25 each for the buffet it would have been a real issue.

Unexpected parking charge
Pros:

The room was large, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like the $12.00 parking charge, which I was unaware of when I booked the room. Last time I stayed there parking was included. It was a quiet Sunday night, not at full occupancy and the parking lot was 90% empty. Also, they were installing new carpeting throughout the lobby area while we were ther.

Awesome place to stay when visiting Saratoga! Close to everything.
