Perfect location in the middle of the old town, very smart rooms, very safe area, nice rooftop

Lovely hotel, perfect location in the old town. Very safe area, right next to all the nightlife. Friendly staff. Very smart rooms which were quiet to sleep, despite being in the middle of the old town. Nice rooftop pool & bar. Would definjtely return

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön und das Essen dort zwar teuer, aber auch sehr gut. Der Service auf der Dachterrasse war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist zwar umfangreich, aber nicht sonderlich ausgefallen. War aber für uns total ok.

Excellent hotel in the centre of the old town. Perfect location
Pros:

Lovely facilities, friendly, helpful staff and a great location in the centre of the old town, very close to lots of great bars and restaurants. The rooms are very modern and well maintained. There is a nice rooftop pool/bar and If you want to enjoy the brilliant nightlife of Cartagena, this is the perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Only minor thing would be that there is a little noise at night from a rooftop bar/club nearby, but not overly noisy. However, it’s inevitable if want to be in the centre of the old town.

om dia. Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a cobrança de um combo que não consumi (apenas 2 chopes) e com a diferença de preço em relação ao cardápio. Além disso, achei uma falta de respeito a atitude do supervisor: ele e o atendente ficaram conversando entre si em espanhol na minha frente, e o superior nem sequer olhou para mim antes de sair e deixar o problema pendente.

Ótimo local e infraestrutura, considerando o centro histórico. Voltaria no hotel.

A localização do hotel é ótima, a estrutura do rooftop é muito legal, boa piscina e vista, gostoso de passar o final da tarde no calor de Cartagena. infraestrutura boa e é confortável estar do lado da policia, que fica no prédio ao lado.

Cons:

O restaurante do hotel, que é onde é servido o café da manhã, parece que funciona em outra sintonia. Passar por ele é o meio mais fácil de você acessar a saída do centro histórico, mas eles não te deixam passar ou ficam com cara feia, fui barrado algumas vezes, ai você tem que dar a volta no quarteirão. O mesmo local, no café da manhã, se tiver pouco hospede não monta buffet, mas cobra o mesmo.
