Worst experience at a hotel in my life.
Pros:

Front desk were understanding and apologetic.

Cons:

There was a lot of furniture out on the sidewalks the whole week.
Guests were smoking weed and even traveled inside my room.
Ac was broken
Found a bug in the pull out couch and sister got bit.
Manager - Jesse promised a free night stay “in good faith” and never followed through with it. Took me a while to get a hold of him. And I literally got $43 back in stay credits? Actually ridiculous.

Convenient location.

Cons:

Not ADA accessible. No elevator, so i could not access the breakfast area on 2nd floor. Shower and tub were very old and scary looking. I would not go back there.

I enjoyed having my own room

Cons:

Rooms were not clean. First room had dog food on the floor and hair on the pillow and the door locked you in the room but staff changed the room but it took 3 times . Second room was not cleaned at all. Third room was ok. Nice just needs up grades. Breakfast was good.

Great place for breakfast and a comfy room
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! They had sausage patties,scrambled eggs,cereal,oatmeal, coffee juice Belgium waffles ,toast, bagels butter, jelly, cream cheese and very hard working staff all the staff was great Jesse was great , Angie, housekeepers were on it Lisa was so sweet loves her job! And so many others I didn’t mention there are so much more to mention it’s the little things 😊 like the dish soap the pots and pans

Bad. My original room had carpet soaking wet. I got transferred to another room. Breakfast not good hot items empty had to wait 15 min to be replenished. Dirty enviroments.. room furniture old paints peeling. Staff not friendly looks overworked. No staff smiling
.horrible experience got such a name brand. Not coming back ever.

Penthouse Price, Disgusting Reality
Pros:

"Penthouse" suite for $974 over 5 nights.
What I walked into was a tired, run-down room with worn furniture, bugs crawling around, leftover silly string still stuck to surfaces, and a sink that looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months.
I went straight to the front desk and asked for a full refund. They tried the usual "is there anything we can do to make you stay?" routine. I said no. Another employee standing nearby just laughed - like this was completely expected.
That laugh said more about the place than the room itself.
