Didn’t get a chance to see the rooms, seemed like a good deal. Rude front staff lady

Nice location, looks beautiful inside

Cons:

The daytime desk manager was very rude to us. We had a wedding at 3 was coming from out of town. We had tried to call for multiple days leading up but the phone would hang up everytime we clicked the “talk to front desk”. We finally got a hold of someone on the day of. We asked for an early check in (like 11:30-12). Working as a housekeeper previously I know this would be easy to accommodate. She stated the earliest she could do was 12-12:30. That was fine so around 12:10 we showed up. The front desk manager was just vacuuming the front rug and didn’t even say a word to us when we walked in. Another worker had gone up to her and motioned towards us. She said “they lll just have to wait”. We waited a few more minutes. She was very hostile towards us when we said we had called. She accused us of not listening to when she said and that she had absolutely no rooms available yet. She was very ignorant and we ended up leaving and not even checking in. We just found a different hotel.

Horrifying.
Pros:

Terrible ! When you walk in only thing is presentable is the lobby and not even that , the whole place looks like a jail cell nothing like pictures these are scams

Cons:

They have some guys standing at the lobby acting like he’s checking in all day as if they have customers I really think it’s a hotel for sex traffickers

If you’re looking for a bed stay here don’t expect anything more. Scary place
Pros:

Close to highway easy access

Cons:

Being double charged for a one night stay. Staff insisted I didn’t prepay when I showed them the charge was confirmed. They told me to contact you and ask for a refund. Please advise. Very Dirty hotel. No water in pool or hot tub only mud. People yelling screaming all day/night . dogs running in hallway. Didn’t stay the whole time left early. Highly disappointed

Not good place to stay.
Pros:

It had hard floors.

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed, shower didnt work right, parking lot was full of pot holes, breakfast selection was horrible ended up eating somewhere else. Would not stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.

The room door security bolt was broken. Bedding had some stains around bed skirt but overall the room served its purpose to get a good night rest.
