This was a total nightmare.

I was unhappy with the entire experience.

Cons:

When I got off the train, there were 2 hotels named B&B Hotel Roma Fiumicino on opposite sides of the station/tracks. Their signs were both the same. I couldn't tell which one to go to. I went to one and of course, it was the wrong one. I was exhausted as I'd been traveling all day, it was pitch black outside and I was not in the mood to walk to two different buildings.

There wasn't a key for the room. Just a code. I wasn't crazy about that as it was very impersonal, but fine. Saving plastic.

The room was very sterile and industrial looking. In the bathroom, there were literally 5! Count 'em 5! stickers telling me not to waste water. Turn this off when you're not using it. Even when pumping soap. OK. I'm all for supporting green initiatives and saving the planet, but this experience made me feel guilty for even being alive.

I went back downstairs and bought a frozen dinner from the freezer case. The instructions were to heat for 5 minutes. So I put it in the microwave for 5 minutes and took it up to my room. The food was freezing cold. So I took it back down to the lobby and examined the microwave. There was a knob that controlled the power setting. I had never seen anything like this. Usually you have to change the setting using the keypad in order to indicate anything but 100% power. At least a sign would have been nice for users from other countries where you only change the settings for exceptions. The microwave isn't a toaster. Please put up a sign! You guys love signs!!!

The room did not make me welcome at all. I felt very out of place. Just so you know, I've traveled to over 95 countries in my life, so it's not like I was a novice traveler. I usually don't give bad reviews, and just chalk up bad experiences to being part of the experience. This hotel was so barren that it was hard to remember what country I was in.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The shuttle service only goes until 12am even though it is less than 10 minute drive from the aiport and there are many later flights that come in. When I asked if they could wait an extra 15mins since my flight arrives at 1145pm, they agreed, for an extra 25 euro might I add, only to still leave without me, leaving me stranded and wandering around the airport by myself confused until 1am trying to find them. It is a expensive hotel for what they offer. It was a very disapointing experience, as the main reason I booked the hotel was for convenience.

L'hotel si trova proprio all'interno di un centro commerciale perciò è comodo andare a mangiare, inoltre l'hotel dispone di abbonamento gratuito con il parcheggio accanto siccome ci è stato consigliato di non parcheggiare lungo la strada.
