Apart from the limited food variety, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Oakray Hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and we truly appreciated their good hospitality.

The hotel is located in a calm and quiet environment, which made our stay very relaxing. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere without any disturbances. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time.

Cons:

One small point to mention is that there were only a few guests staying during our visit, so there was no buffet service. As a result, the food choices for both dinner and breakfast were quite limited, and unfortunately, the kids did not find much they liked.

The hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful.and cannot do enough for you. The place was very clean. The half board buffet was very plentiful. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Great pool with pool towels.

Pros:

Great food and a convenient location, especially if you are travelling to Kataragama via the highway. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially Anton Romesh, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who was always in contact with us and ensured that all our needs were taken care of throughout our stay.

Cons:

The variety of food could have been better. However, we understand that the hotel had low occupancy during our stay, which may have affected the selection. Despite this, the team did a great job in providing us with delicious and well-prepared meals.

Mr. Indika , GM and his team provided a great service and they're very friendly. Food served were excellent. Swimming pool is quite large compared with the facilities available with other hotels in the area.
