The experience with the roach and no compensation for smaller room left a sour taste for us and we most likely will not

Location, nice decor

Cons:

No fans in bathrooms, only decaf coffee in the rooms,

Large live roach in bathroom, called facilities for help but no one available to get it out. Switched rooms to a smaller room but got no price reduction.

Amazing!!!!
Pros:

Everything! The smell when you walk in the doors is amazing! The bartenders and restaurant staff are so sweet, shout out to Richard and Shane for taking care of us! The rooms and all facilities were so clean and cute!

The staff. The person at the front desk was rude. We have them a card on file but they charge a card I don’t even use now which is negative.

If you like Flavor this is the place
Pros:

The vibe was great! The hotel is unique and eclectic with the hint of vintage. We had a wonderful experience and definitely will be returning for the UT game.

Cons:

Parking but thats to be expected in downtown Austin. We truly had a wonderful experience not much to complain about.
