Staff was very nice.
2/3 Elevators were broken so we had long wait times for the elevator. Our room was not fully cleaned as there was stains on the window curtain, trash in our ice bucket, and the wine glasses in the room were smudgy. Also I was not aware that you had to pay to park in their parking lot, but that may have been on me not fully reading the description, so that is an extra $16 ontop of the room.
Great location was perfect for near by restaurants. Got a beautiful view of the sun rise in the morning and was welcomed by Jess. She let me know about the indoor pool and that is a 10/10 recommendation if you remember to bring swim wear as what a great amenity.
Close to course I was taking
The first room they gave me- the door was propped open when I got there and it wreaked of mildew. Then they moved me to the far end of the 4thfloor and I had to listen to the jackhammers of construction work below me.
The most frustrating part was the television. I love to watch movies, but all the movie channels that were listed on the TVguide were NOT the movies that were actually playing, so I never knew what I could watch. The food at the restaurant was very mediocre … I got a burger that had so much grease I could almost drink it.

The hot tub is no longer in use for the past 2/3 years.
The hotel is in a good spot for us, near Cherry Creek. Staff if super friendly and engaging but the hotel has seen better days and requires some upgrading. Seats are stained, chairs in rooms are worn, and seating in the cafeteria has been mended with tape.
I like the location.

Don’t normally write reviews, my experience with Marriott brands is usually great. This time, not so great. Upon check in, room was extremely hot, and was not cooling down, asked for a different room. Was sent to a room that had industrial fans running in it and had an awful chemical smell. Moved to another room that was fine, cool, but TV was on its last leg, blue tint. Went to workout in morning, the lone treadmill open, didn’t work. When it rains it pours! Additionally, asked for 2 extra pillows on arrival, and was given confirmation my request was received, but they never showed up.
I’ve stayed here before, and it was a good experience. Hopefully some updates and changes can be made!

I brought my husband here to recover from surgery and the staff and been incredibly kind and helpful. Big shout out to the front desk staff, Tanya and Jess who secured us a complementary upgrade and never failed to ask if we need anything. Housekeeping also did an outstanding job. The reason we are bonvoy members is because of excellence in service like this hotel demonstrates.
