Worked well enough, but not staying here again
Pros:

I enjoyed sitting by the pool. No bathroom at the pool is weird.
I like that you accept pets. But honestly I would not stay here again unless were some updates. It's just an old hotel.

Cons:

Overall cleanliness: towels and sheets were well worn. No housekeeping unless you ask for, the day before. No vent fan in the bathroom. I didn't feel the the overall cleanliness was very good. It felt dirty to me. The floor just felt gross.
Pictures on your web site do not match the hotel. It seems very worn. I honestly could not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only nice feature is the pool and location. You have a gem of a location.

Pros:

Maintenance went and replaced ac at 11pm due to it not working. Very good service.

L’établissement met également à disposition une piscine, ouverte de 10h à 22h, offrant ainsi une amplitude horaire relativement large pour en profiter au cours de la journée.

Cons:

Tout d’abord, l’accueil lors du check-in s’est avéré perfectible. La réceptionniste était occupée sur son téléphone personnel tout en procédant à l’enregistrement, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’attention portée au client.

Concernant la chambre, un décalage est à noter entre les visuels présentés sur le site internet et la réalité. Les photos mettent en avant à la fois des chambres rénovées et des chambres plus anciennes, sans distinction claire. Dans les faits, la chambre attribuée correspondait à une version plus ancienne, ce qui peut générer une certaine déception à l’arrivée.

Par ailleurs, les équipements de la chambre apparaissent globalement vieillissants et mériteraient un rafraîchissement afin d’améliorer le confort général.

Großes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung.
Lage top direkt in Moab. Genug Parkplätze. Pool und Whirlpool mit langen Öffnungszeiten.

Cons:

Pool und Whirlpool hätten etwas sauberer sein können? Ebenso manche Ecken im Zimmer hätten einmal mehr geputzt werden können, war aber nicht weiter schlimm. Preislich eher teuer, liegt aber leider an der Gegend…

Flott beliggenhet og trivelig personale.
Pros:

Hotellet har bra beliggenhet, fine rom og god parkering.
Bassengområdet var også greit.
Personalet var imøtekommende og høflige, da vi fikk et problem med aircondition, ble det fikset på et blunk.

Motel an guter Lage, aber überteuert
Pros:

Die Lage zu vielen kleinen Frühstückslokalen an der Strasse war sehr gut, man konnte dort immer auch draussen essen.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer hatte ein Problem, Wasser quoll aus den Fugen des Laminats. Wir konnten wechseln. Aber auch dieses Zimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber. Die Sauberkeit war im übrigen gerade bei den teureren Motels ein Problem, während sich die kleineren, familiären Motels mehr Mühe gaben. Alles in allem war der Preis für das Gebotene (auch eine Frühstücksoption fehlte) eine Frechheit.
