Hotel Alba Tampa - A Gem
Pros:

At check-in, I received a warm welcome from Lia and my room was all set. It is evident that the management is doing a superb job of training their employees. For example, I was warmly greeted by every employee that I came in contact with. This includes a banquet setup person as I was waiting for the elevator. Additionally, the room, pool, and other common areas of the hotel were spotless. The hotel is centrally located with an on-site restaurant, bar and pool bar. There is a restaurant on site which offers a variety of food options throughout the day.I received a text message from Harena asking if there was anything that I need.
. She provided me with a little later checkout time. Checkout was very smooth and Harena and Gigi thanked me for staying at the Alba, told me to have a safe trip home, and stated that they look forward to seeing me again in the future. As a result of my experience, I most definitely will stay at the Hotel Alba again when in the Tampa St Pete area.
The entire staff is exemplary.

This hotel is beautiful! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, shoutout to Beatriz! The room was just as pictured and the bed was SUPER comfortable. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Harena was an absolute gem. She went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of above and beyond the ‘norm.’ She was extremely polite and helpful as was the entire staff. Michy was an honorable mention as well for the same reasons. Jenna working the bar brought the entire experience together with great conversation with all the guests sitting at her bar. Her smile never really stopped and she would not exclude anyone. Amazing experience!

Hidden gem in Tampa

Michy, Jesalyn, and Harena are awesome! The staff is awesome and the rooms are so clean! I only go to this hotel now when I’m in Tampa.

Hospitality was amazing! Clean and friendly staff! Have so many nice things to say about this place. Super close to airport if you need a quick stay as well! From the front desk to the fantastic breakfast and poolside bartenders!
Wanted to give a shout out to front of the house with Michy and Beatriz doing great work getting me checked in and making sure everything was perfect. Also wanted to mention bartenders Bryan and Jenna with the greatest customer service and beautifully made cocktails! Thank you all for the hard work you all do and making my trip so perfect.
Would recommend this place to any travelers!

Try the water in the lobby the cucumber really accents the water!

My vacation at alba hotel
Pros:

Desire was amazing bartender and gave me a good suggestion on the food , drink were made excellent and food was brought out fast to me. Next time I come to alba hotel I would suggest desire to pour my drinks
