Hospitality was amazing! Clean and friendly staff! Have so many nice things to say about this place. Super close to airport if you need a quick stay as well! From the front desk to the fantastic breakfast and poolside bartenders!
Wanted to give a shout out to front of the house with Michy and Beatriz doing great work getting me checked in and making sure everything was perfect. Also wanted to mention bartenders Bryan and Jenna with the greatest customer service and beautifully made cocktails! Thank you all for the hard work you all do and making my trip so perfect.
Would recommend this place to any travelers!

Try the water in the lobby the cucumber really accents the water!

It was quiet and beds comfortable.

Desire was amazing bartender and gave me a good suggestion on the food , drink were made excellent and food was brought out fast to me. Next time I come to alba hotel I would suggest desire to pour my drinks

I stayed at Hotel Alba Tampa for work and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stylish, well-located, with clean comfortable rooms and great amenities. But what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding staff.
Jesalyn at the front desk was an absolute gem. She was extremely sweet and helpful right from check-in, making the process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to get my room sorted quickly, resolved a couple of minor issues without hesitation, and even helped arrange a room upgrade. Her kindness and efficiency set a wonderful tone for the entire stay.
Lia was also fantastic at the front desk—bright, attentive, and incredibly kind, adding even more warmth to every interaction.
I also have to give a big shoutout to Desiree, who worked the outside bar. She was extremely lovely to talk to—warm, engaging, and full of great energy. Chatting with her while enjoying a drink made for an overall great experience and really elevated my time there.
If you’re looking for a welcoming hotel in Tampa with top-notch service, I highly recommend Hotel Alba. The staff like Jesalyn Lia and Desiree make it feel like a true oasis. I’ll definitely be back!

Martin at the Spanish restaurant was great.
Mike and other drivers took good care of me.
Sam the bartender was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and a great personality.
The food I ordered was very good, chicken sandwich and quesadillas were very very good.
One small wish is I would like a french dip if possible.
Overall a great resort hotel!

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Alba in Tampa Bay.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The floors were so dirty that our socks turned completely black within minutes of walking around. Housekeeping service was disappointing. When it showed up at all, it was often not until the evening, and even then, the cleaning was rushed and careless. Often we hat to call several times until they finally showed up. Basic standards of cleanliness were simply not met.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the apparent indifference of the front desk staff. Our concerns did not seem to matter the lady at all, and there was little to no effort to resolve the issues.

Additionally, the breakfast service in the morning was very unfriendly. Being repeatedly addressed as “guys” as a guest is unprofessional and inappropriate, and it added to the overall negative impression of the service quality.

Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Free shuttle with the 3 mile radius . Help me a lot getting around . All the drivers and staff was nice and welcoming. I wish I had more cash to tip the shuttle drivers !!
